Not the experience I was promised.
When receiving our van we encountered a fault with retro fitted camera. All I seem to get is a phone call every week asking if the van can be made available in the south of country as 'there is no close to repair it'
Also, the radio system fitted is something similar to a vehicle from the 90's not a 2024 vehicle. My 2015 vehicle is far superior, the 2020 van which we have handed back was far superior. When I have questioned this I got a very blunt reply that van's weren't for luxury and my 'account manager' is now just ignoring me.
James my account manager constantly told me CVC prides itself on customer service and aftercare. This is simply not true in any form and I wished I had used another company.

This is the second van i have now off cvc and both time Phill has been nothing but helpfull.

Not as smooth this time
Not as smooth this time - but that wasn’t these guys fault. The van supplier had a nightmare supplying the vehicle.
Would have given 5 stars had we been kept in the loop more. However, this will not stop me using them. Other than this van - they have been amazing.
