Excellent service- kept fully up to date with vehicle location and delivery service.

Polite company to deal with. Some frustrating issues. Told the vehicle was available, filled out the paperwork, was then told the vehicle wasn't available and we had to agree on another slightly more expensive one. On the day of delivery, the vehicle did not arrive, we were told this was a miscommunication by the dealer. When the vehicle did arrive, it was missing a few items such as the jack and was clad in cheap plywood which we were not made aware of at any point. Have chased twice now for vat invoices and no one has been able to provide them.

Due to it seems worldwide delays in obtaining new vehicles caused by a shortage of 'chips', CVC were very good in keeping us informed as to the progress relating to the new van delivery. Once the Ford dealership network in the UK had the vehicle ready and available for delivery everything went very smoothly indeed, including arranging the ply lining for the load area of the van. Thank you CVC.
