Jacob from Customer Service

My Husband & I spoke to a gentleman named Jacob this morning who was super helpful! Jacob’s Customer service is a 10! Not only was Jacob kind & friendly to chat with, but took time to listen to our concerns & suggest options best suitable to our needs. Great team & would highly recommend.

Very positive experience

Very easy and friendly review of where we were with our former supplier and what our options were going forward. No hard sell, just helpful. The Dodo agent talked concisely of what would happen and then an automated T&C message. We are connected!!

am writing a review about my phone call

I am writing a review about my phone call I had with a Jade from Compare broadband who called me about my internet services as I am not happy with my current provider. I have to say this person I dealt with would have to be the best Customer Service operator I have ever had the pleasure speaking with. This person had empathy on my current situation and understood the obstacles I’ve faced and was a good communicator. The whole experience was above and beyond. The conversation flowed and there was no awkwardness. I’ve dealt with a lot of customer service people in my lifetime and have been appalled with majorly of them. But finally after having had a good experience with Jade today over the phone , there is hope that there are still good customer service operators around.

Shit service! You want service? Call the providers direct!

They set me up with Tangerine who sent my modem to the wrong address after billing me $233. I rang back wanting to speak with Cameron who assured me he would put me through to the right person at Tangerine to help me and he didn't. Further, he said he would call back in 3 hours to follow up with me as to the outcome and he never did. As it stands 2 weeks later, im without a modem, out of pocket and Tangerine won't refund the modem until they get it back. Where's the modem? Who knows? I have no way of tracking it.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and apologise for it. There was an issue on Tangerine’s end that caused the modem to be delivered to the wrong address, even though the correct details were provided by Compare Broadband. We believed the issue was resolved after transferring you to Tangerine, however Cameron should have followed up with you if he said he was going to.

We've spoken with Tangerine to identify if there was a bug in the system that caused the issue, but it was human error. Not the experience we want for any customer. Tangerine has confirmed that a refund has been processed following the cancellation of your order.

Melissa was great

Melissa was great, really helpful - gave all information we needed clearly. Would have given 5 stars, but call quality wasn't the best - very echoey and couldn't always hear clearly.

Very happy with the Shaun , think that was his name . The process was pretty quick and easy . You are normally on the phone for ages . To have everything sorted before I even move in is great .
