Compare The Bathroom LTD Avis 

Absolute joke! Left it a week to tell me they didnt have the item in stock. Had to pay more for an alternative as I had a plumber booked, only for that not to turn up on time either! Now got a more expensive item than I wanted, and have to pay the plumber twice!! Avoid!!

Arrived within 5 days of ordering. Vanity unit looks really nice. Good quality unit at a reasonable price.

Unfortunately the item, a towel radiator, was damaged; top rail/pipe bent and a lower rail/pipe dented. However, J on customer service was understanding and helpful. No more of the radiators in the size required in stock and a refund provided. I suspect the item was damaged before delivery to Compare the Bathroom as there were no signs of damage to the packaging.

It is not often, sadly, that your expectations are exceeded when you buy online. I am very happy to report that Compare the Bathroom are a company that definitely do exceed expectations.

Their customer service is stellar (particular thanks to Jeanette who has been phenomenal), as I've recently experienced when I ordered the wrong item by mistake (DOH!) I've had great advice, clear communication, support that's gone above and beyond - all of which has culminated in the issue being satisfactorily resolved.

I want to say a huge 'thank you' to Jeanette and all the CtB team and encourage you to buy your bathroom supplies from this company. Not only are their prices good, they've got the customer service to back it up.

Prompt delivery, well packaged and a quality product

Compare the bathroom were great. Good product. Delivery was quick and easy but one down fault was not everything was delivered but saying that I contacted them and they sorted it out no fuss.

Item is good, delivery was quick but like a lot of online stores now getting a proper receipt/invoice is a nightmare. Sent email requesting a invoice but no reply. Hence will not use again.

This is the second purchase I have made and it is still fantastic. When I unpacked my purchase the waste for sink was missing and the tap for the bathroom. One email and both items were shipped out to me. I am absolutely chuffed to bits with both bathrooms that I have purchased. I can't recommend this company highly enough. I will definitely use them again & again.

ordered a blanking plug for sink, was easy, came quickly with free delivery - not bad for £3

I placed an order for an item advertised with a 2–5 day delivery window; however, it did not arrive until 10 days later. On delivery, the item had been dropped from the back of the truck, resulting in structural damage (not the fault of CTB).
A replacement was offered, but the delay had already impacted my installation schedule. As a result, I opted to carry out repairs myself and purchase the necessary parts. The partial refund provided only covered the cost of those parts and did not reflect the inconvenience, delay, or additional effort involved.
Overall, this was a disappointing purchasing experience.

Very happy with product and service - ordered vanity unit and toilet

Delivered and dumped outside the gate, opened and decided I didn’t like the item. They’ve charged me £60 to re-collect… even though delivery was free but I accepted. Arranged collection Friday 27th Feb. No one came all day or all weekend & its been outside in the weather!! Took pictures and chasing constantly and no one is helping. Would NEVER use again & the collection service is appalling. If they try and steal my money saying it’s damaged it won’t be on me as it’s the with the horrendous service

Very easy to order & quickly despateched. Have not yet installed or used as waiting for plumber next week.
