Fixed the PC, but does not care for customer only does the bare minimum didn't even put the wires back neatly in my pc or mention that the GPU port was failing to hold the GPU in place (very noticeable) also extortionate pricing.

Had a bit of a panic on with important data for work not backed up and laptop refusing to fire up. Called up CRM ridiculously early and David did a call out almost immediately - located the issue in a couple of minutes and had me up and running in no time. Superb professional service

Excellent service from Tom the computer repair man after my old laptop died. My data was retrieved, an excellent refurbished laptop supplied and (bar a few minor issues arising from cloning to a different laptop model that still need attention) I'm up and running again. Highly recommended..

Matt repaired our 13 year old laptop. He's very knowledgeable, honest, friendly & approachable. The cost was far cheaper than expected. Due to the age of our laptop & that it had a cd/dvd built-in it would have been very difficult to buy like for like. Had an printer problem, couldnt connect, some online fakers tried to take over my computer and said had lots of trojans. Gareth from compute repair man was able to get rid of the stuff the had done and succesfully installed the printer for me. Cheers!

Gareth replied to my initial enquiry quickly and arrived for our appointment on time exactly as agreed. He was able to set up my new Chromebook quickly and explained everything I needed to know. As a lady in her eighties I found this reassuring and easy to understand.
