Computer Repair Man Avis 

Ben made an excellent job of fixing my PC which had crashed after an update from the Lenovo site.
The PC is operating well and operating as though it is a new machine.

I honestly can't recommend Computer Repair Man enough. Gethyn was brilliant from start to finish, friendly, professional, and clearly knows his stuff.

He kept me updated throughout, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and had my computer sorted quickly. The whole process was straightforward, the price was fair, and nothing felt like too much trouble.

It's hard to find someone this reliable and honest these days. I'll definitely use Computer Repair Man again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gethyn to anyone who needs computer repairs - the free chocolate was amazing also, nice touch!

I found Gethyn through this company, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. He picked up my computer the very same day, kept me updated throughout the repair, and had it returned to me the next day. Not only was the price much cheaper than another local repair shop I'd used before, but the convenience was second to none, I didn't even have to leave my house as Gethyn collected and returned it himself.

Ben setup our new home computer in our home and setup the computer with a printer, Office 365 and security package.

Ben showed us how the machine worked and how to access everything on the machine.

They repaired my laptop and then, when I found another issue that they hadn't noticed, I gave it back to them and they fixed the second issue free of charge. Excellent service.

My laptop developed a serious hinge problem, so I contacted Will for help. He responded quickly, explained the repair process clearly, and ordered the parts straight away. Once everything arrived, the repair was completed in just one day, which meant very little disruption to my work.

Since the laptop is around seven years old, I was worried it might not be worth repairing, but the whole experience was straightforward and reassuring. Appointment with Ben confirmed for today at 4pm. I messaged him at 4.30 and he replied that he was running late. It's now 6.30 and still nothing. Very disappointing, would not recommend
