Jason turned up when he said he would. Took my laptop away and fixed it and returned it the next day. Great service and I would highly recommend.

I am very grateful that Saeed was able to come on Bank Holiday Monday and managed to fix my computer within 10mns!

Steve came out to my urgent laptop problem. I would recommend him to anyone. Spent hours retrieving data & transferring to new laptop.

I had three massive computer problems, ongoing since January, which no-one had been able to solve. Saeed came round in a flash and fixed all three of them in under an hour. He is completely brilliant. A truly excellent, swift and highly professional service.My advice is: don't spend your money anywhere else!

So I’m in the Kent area and Ben was supposed to be turning up today at 10am and he no showed, when I rang him around 10 past 10 he answered and says he was running behind and half mumbling (sounded half asleep) he suggested rescheduling???

No pre warning he was running behind or anything, what an absolute waste of my time took the day off work for nothing. I will not trying this service ever again. If I could zero stars I would. What a joke. Fuming!

Having been without internet for 5 days and BT unable to resolve the issue with my computer I contacted David at Computer repair man. Within minutes David had identified the issue and explained clearly how to fix it. - Resolved - Brilliant service.
Will certainly use again for any faults and will be recommending to all friends and acquaintances.

David responded quickly to my request, came at the earliest possible opportunity and saved my life by recovering all my data and repairing my system. He was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of excellent advice. Highly recommended!

I have had two experiences with this company; both being extremely positive. First they sorted out a hashed attempt at upgrading from Windows 10 to 11 carried out by another company, and secondly removed a nasty little virus, which I caused to pop up - without losing or affecting my files, photos etc

Laptop failed and need a new hard drive. All sorted and vital data saved and transferred over. Very pleased with service.

Hi, I had my laptop fixed. By a chap called ian, he picked my laptop pickup, taken away worked on it that night brought it back the next day runs perfect.I've had no problems I really rate this guy to do any laptop or computer work for yourselves.

My HP Laptop keyboard was sticking on certain keys, which made life very difficult. I had heard about Computer Repair Man from a friend, so I initially filled in a request form online outlining the problem, very quickly I had a phone call from Tom, who arranged for collection of my laptop. He phoned a couple of days later with an update, sadly my laptop was unrepairable as it was gummed up with some sticky substance, no doubt courtesy of my little nieces. I was able to buy a reconditioned Dell laptop from him at a very competitive price, & he transferred everything from my old machine onto my Dell, which is working perfectly. Throughout, my experience was very positive, Tom was easy to talk to, I am not in the least bit techy, so he explained everything clearly for me to understand, so I would highly recommend anyone with computer problems to get in touch with his company, you will find you're speaking to an expert in his field. from my initial enquirey to getting my new PC installed every was smooth. Tom took the time to take me through options either salvage my old PC to walking me through my options. What i did like was how i was taken through what i wanted my PC for, so i was matched to what was esstianal and what could be added but i didnt really need. No hard sell not being particuarly PC savvy i really appreciated there honesty and proffesional attitude. I would highly recommend them17
