Concept Glazing Ltd Avis

Amazing team and amazing service, I'm really happy with my new windows. Thanks Jake and team .

Another great process from start to finish. Removing my old bay windows to fitting the new ones.

And what a difference to the look of the front of the house. And it’s so much warmer and quieter. A HUGE improvement.

Jake and the team were awesome again. And got the work done well and cleanly. It was like they had never been.

As always will be recommending and using them again.

Fitted a new shop front at one of our showrooms. Excellent service from start to finish. Would happily recommend them, it looks amazing and the whole job went very smooth.

Jake and his team were fantastic when it came to fitting our new window and patio door.
From start to finish the communication and knowledge were brilliant and they were lovely people to deal with too. The jobs were done quickly and to a high standard and they were the cleanest workers we have used too.
Even after the job was complete, Jake and his team insured all paperwork was done, so the job was finalised.
All round great experience, would use again and recommend to all.
We are very pleased with the work and it achieved the goals.
Thank you

Brilliant from start to finish. It is important to feel comfortable with people in your home, Jake and Josh were a pleasure. So very pleased with our new windows and doors. Our house is very old and threw up a few surprises which Jake took in his stride. We will be using Concept again as we still have quite a few more to do.

Seamless service from the outset, options, being able to see how the windows will look in 3D, advice on style & design. We thought we knew what we wanted but Jakes ideas were better. Jake & Josh were brilliant, job completed in allotted time and they were so tidy! Would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of new windows, doors etc. Amy kept us informed throughout. Great value for money!

These guys are fantastic. Jake and Josh waste no time in getting the work done, efficiently and effectively. They are very friendly and offer expert tried and practiced advice. The finished job is at an outstanding level and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Great, knowledgeable service from start to finish. Works carried out on time and with minimal disruption. Very clean and tidy as well as personable- plus the windows look great!

Absolutely thrilled with our new windows, amazing quality and installation. Jake and his team are so polite and friendly, we will be using them for other work at our home. Highly recommended

Great service from the first visit to completion and nothing was too difficult for Jake and his team. I was kept well informed throughout the whole process and the installation itself was seamless. The doorset is of fantastic quality and the installation of it is perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Concept Glazing.

After extensive research looking for someone to install all new windows, doors, guttering, fascias, and soffits, I stumbled across Concept Glazing.

All of the reviews appeared excellent, so we thought we would book an appointment with Jake.
From beginning to end, the service was very personal, and nothing was too much bother.
Jake and Josh were very professional throughout, they're lovely friendly guys.

Throughout the installation, they kept disruption and mess to a minimum, cleaning up after themselves.
Jake even helped us measure up for new blinds on our tricky bay window.

We're extremely happy with the quality of the products and the finish, and would highly recommend Concept Glazing to everyone.

Jake and team have been great from quotation to installation and aftercare. We have been very well informed throughout the process and received top level customer service.

Couldn’t be happier with the product it’s quality and style, really makes a difference to our home. On top of this the Value for money is outstanding offering the same fensa guarantee as leading installation company’s at a fraction of the cost.

I would recommend concept glazing to anybody looking for an honest, reasonably priced and great quality work.

Thank you Jake and team.

We have just had a replacement shop front installed by Jake and Josh of Concept Glazing Ltd. From start to finish the job was carried out in prompt and professional manner, with attention to detail. Clean, tidy and arrived on time.
We would have no hesitation to recommend Concept Glazing, very happy customer and would defiantly use them again in the future.

Absolutely fantastic service from the very 1st email requesting a quote right through to instillation. I literally could not be happier with my beautiful new door!!!! Absolutely over the moon. The whole door frame had to be completely taken out and replaced along with new a new side window.

We also had new glass replaced & the hinges on the window in in one of the bedrooms. Fantastic job! Communication throughout was brilliant.

Jake & Josh were so lovely, friendly, respectful & professional & cleaned up perfectly when they were finished.

I originally got a few quotes, as I’d never had a new front door before I thought it was the right thing to do, but I knew from the moment Jake came around to quote I was going to go with him & his company. I had a really good feeling about him & I am so glad I did decide to go with him. I would 1000% recommend Concept Glazing. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Thank you Jake & Josh for doing such a wonderful job.

Great experience and a really personalised outcome with 2 stain glass windows, sourced and installed by Jake and the team, highly recommended for all your glazing needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very pleased with my new bay window. Jake and Josh are were great really nice guys we had big problems through the installation the cill had been fabricated to the wrong angles but Jake managed to get a new one for the next day. As a carpenter/ joiner myself I am a critical customer and I did pick up on a couple of small details not with their work but from the manufacturing process but the guys had already seen them and got them sorted out. I would definitely recommend Jake and Concept Glazing. Nice job.

We had used Concept Glazing to refit some windows at our previous address. When we moved to a new property we were looking to get a new front door fitted, as always Jake and the team at Concept Glazing made this very easy for us. The services they provide gave us a lot of customisation options and we are so happy with the result. Thank you again!
