I had a landlne téléphone connections problème..After much careful guidence it was fixed. Many thanks to Ashleigh for her patience and time in sorting this for me. Advice was also given to solve a streaming problème to my to. Ashleigh has arranged to phone me back to help with this.

addblocker problem
started off badly unable to connect my desktop pc to the internet but after a video call with Aron it was quickly sorted. Turned out to be an addblock programe causing the problem.

A young man call Owen came to install the Connect Fibre system at our house. He was extremely professional and vey polite. He set up the all the equipment and talked through every detail of the new TV options we now have with my wife and myself.

From the start meeting Martyn who organised the order and connection assessment everything was done efficiently and professionally.The engineers Grant, Nelson, Ged and Matt were brilliant in the installation and the ladies in customer service including Sarah were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, would highly recommend Connect fibre to everyone looking for a full fibre installation especially if your located in a rural area.
