Not worth the money
I purchased the eSIM Extra plan, as it looked it would cover my needs. I had to travel across several European countries in 2 weeks time, so this looked like a good plan. It worked for 2 days straight before it suddenly stopped. I contacted their support team which took more than 3 or even 4 hours to respond. I needed the connection urgently, but they did not respond on time. I had to buy another eSIM from another provider, nearly as expensive as theirs, which was a heavy blow on my budget. I also had issues with that eSIM, but their support team responded in seconds and my issue was resolved on time. As ConnectPLS's team failed to respond on an urgent matter, I decided to cancel the subscription. I also requested for a refund but they just keep saying "their team is reviewing the request". I do not recommend this service as it's unreliable and the support is extremely slow and unhelpful.
Rapid decline - now just totally bad
Have had mobile hotspot (Europe Plus Package) for three years now, van living full time across Europe. First year it was working really well, the coverage was ok and their unlimited plan was unbeatable. The customer service was also wonderful. BUT, since spring/summer 2025 they have declined in every aspect. The coverage is super bad, even when staying in major cities. The hotspot reconnects constantly, and switches connection from quick to unusable without any apparent reason. The customer service is now just frustrating. They answer in anything from 5 minutes to three+ hours. In April 2026 we have had around 50% (!) downtime without any connection. Most of that time located in capitols. They only say "No worries, please" and ask you to reboot all the time. No solution holds. After a parody of service the last year, all they offered me is 14 days free use AFTER cancellation (!?). Being a loyal customer of 3 years, that is just insulting. Today, long after written confirmation that my subscription is cancelled by the end of April, they tried to pull £590 for another yearly subscription from my account (!). As it is at the moment, this closer to a scam.

Never worked for more than 48h straight. Called service desk and as per there advise rebooted 100 times. All good for 24h and the problem starts. Ditched it for a mobile esim solution and now on satellite connection. Am happy now!
Trustable and valid service
Trustable and valid service. Even though some improvement can be made, I was satisfied with the service they provide. Did not find any alternative service with the same technology.

The best internet !
The best internet !! I checked a lot of the esim option due to the profession - a sailor and I can confidently say that Connect Pls they are the best. Perfect range, speed is no equal! they do it :)!

Utterly dreadful
I really wanted this service to work well for me as it seemed to cover most of my internet needs whilst travelling. I tried the service for 7 months despite continual problems but have now had to cancel it as it had become very clear that it was not fit for purpose.
Initially I used an eSIM. An early problem caused me to contact through chat but I never received a reply. Then the eSIM failed as soon as I travelled outside UK. This issue took multiple contacts to eventually resolve. I transferred to a physical SIM but this too failed multiple times when travelling. Customer support was variable - at times ok but often not. After 5 months a replacement SIM was offered. This arrived very late primarily due to not being despatched ‘as soon as possible’ - in fact 4 days later. Delivery company chosen also provided very poor service. The new SIm again failed as soon as I went abroad and additionally I was charged when I had been assured I would have one month free. Obviously this company fails at almost every level and I have terminated my contract.
Satisfied with their products
Good service.
Replying pretty fast (some hours, max. 1 day. Keep in mind it is not instant if you expect this..)
Prices a little bit high but you have many internet carriers from which you can choose.
Recommend 8/10.

Customer service was good
Customer service was good. We ended up not using it because hotpots made with our mobile phones with local SIM cards ended up being substantially cheaper and their coverage was at least the same.
I would recommend this service, but only to people without local SIM cards.

eSIM was great. BEWARE they will charge you after cancelling!
The 'unlimited' eSIM was great, I used it for a week in July. I tried cancelling my account multiple times but they kept charging my credit card even through the end of October, even after refunding.
* I paid for my July usage - all OK.
* I used their online system to cancel my account. But this did nothing, my account was kept open and they kept charging me.
* Initially I had unexplained £25 charge in August.
* They don't send a detailed bill about the charge.
* I asked support why I'm being charged. They promised to get back to me, but never followed up.
* In September they charged me AGAIN £25.
* I asked support again.
* Week later, still no explanation, after sending multiple emails, they agreed to refund 2 x £25 charges.
* On October 7 they finally closed my account.
* On October 31 they AGAIN tried to charge my credit card for £15 (?!?!??!!)
I have tried several eSIM companies - many of them are pretty shady. But words cannot explain how bad this experience was.

Worth it for peace of mind and reliable Internet
Very reliable service from the mobile WiFi network device all across Europe within the coverage area. Very impressed with the coverage. Excellent and responsive customer service, on the rare occasions there were problems with signal these were rectified promptly. They also allowed flexibility with stopping and starting the subscription when we travelled outside of the coverage area which was appreciated.

Perfect to stay online whilst travelling
We’ve used ConnectPls three times now for long trips and it’s been amazing to keep us online in many different countries. The signal is generally very good; we used the portable device and it powered many of our devices at once, allowing us to work online. At one point our device stopped working and the company very quickly sent us a new one to our location in Italy- great customer service. I’ll definitely continue to use them for future trips!

A great data solution for vanlife and digital nomads
We have used ConnectPls for several years now. Both with the physical SIM only product (which we use inside our own router) and also one of their eSIMs. We travel and work from our campervan so getting access to big data amounts or unlimited data whilst roaming, and moving between countries is super important to us. We've used their services all over the EU and even into Türkiye.

We used ConnectPls during our journey from Italy to Japan!
We used ConnectPls during our camper van journey from Italy to Japan and the service worked excellently in all the countries we visited, both European and non-European.
It proved to be a reliable companion for staying connected everywhere in the world, even in remote places like the Mongolian steppes!

Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company! Cancelled my contract with them in June. They have taken £35 every month since and were now on October. Waiting again for a refund. Repeatedly reassured every month contract is cancelled only for them to take payment from my card again. Zero stars. Avoid at all costs. Joke of a company yet it's not funny! To add insult to injury I was asked to remove review as they'd apologised and refunded me my own money they shouldn't of taken. Compensation was offered in the form of an Esim...

The Gateway to Vanlife Internet
We have used ConnectPls for quite some time to support us on our vanlife travels in nearly 10 countries- it has been an absolute game changer! We can work online, use social media, and keep in touch with friends and family with ease. Unreliable internet and expensive roaming charges are a thing of the past- I can’t see us changing from ConnectPls anytime soon! THANK YOU 🙌🏼

I’ve been waiting for over 9 hours…
I’ve been waiting for over 9 hours without any update or clear info about my new eSIM activation. Support is really slow and unhelpful, which is a big problem because I need this for urgent work. They also said there are unpaid invoices from old eSIMs I never used, so they won’t activate the new one. Please fix your support and make things clearer for customers.
Very slow support and unresolved activation issues
I purchased several eSIMs from ConnectPls, and my experience has been quite disappointing. I bought a new eSIM on July 26, 2025, for nearly £60 (after discount £38.35), but it has been over 9 hours and I still haven’t received activation or any clear response from their customer support.
Previously, I also purchased eSIMs for April-May and May-June, but didn’t use them because my boss had no business in Europe during those months. I’ve contacted their support multiple times, but they refuse to activate the new eSIM, claiming unpaid invoices from previous purchases—even though the old eSIMs were never used.
Their customer service is very slow and unprofessional, which is frustrating because my boss needs the connection urgently for work travel.
If you’ve had similar problems, be careful. I hope ConnectPls improves their service to be more responsive and transparent.
