I incorrectly ordered the wrong bags
I incorrectly ordered the wrong bags, not suitable for my meal plan, I hadn't read the ingredients (my fault), I thought that there would be no flour or soya, vegitable hydrolised oil. I Appreciate not everyone needs to think about that. I emailed support and within a short timeframe, my order was updated. Ordered 6 bags of original which said suitable for Carnivore diet on a random post I had read elsewhere. They aren't but nevermind. They arrived the next day and my wife loves them. Nice product, well packaged, fresh and tasty. I will have to wait for just the raw scratchings, salt and pepper only before I can enjoy them. Lovely, friendly staff. Great service.

Not very clear or honest
Be wary, ordered a mystery box on their site labelled 'pork scratching mystery box's, when it arrived it was 3 bags of pork crunch (which I don't like and are also much much cheaper) and one bag of actual pork scratchings. Listing advertised exclusive and unreleased flavours yet I got the bog standard flavours. They drew me in with big promises on the product page and I was met with nothing but disappointment the moment I opened the box. They only get 2 stars because the one bag of scratching I do have, is very nice.

Oh. My. Days!
I was a sceptic! How different can a pork scratching be? TOTALLY!!! These are a taste sensation, I like my Pork Scratchings original so am unlikely to try any other flavours.
Jar is very useful to keep them in but they’re unlikely to last long!
PERFECT texture, crunchy but not hard!
My dogs wish to log a complaint as there are no solid, hard ones to come in their direction!

My order arrived promptly however…
My order arrived promptly. I bought two pork crunch bags - traditional and sweet chilli. Both were extremely salty. I couldn’t eat the sweet chilli ones which says something because I have to salt EVERYTHING! I’m glad I gave them a go but honestly I don’t think I will order again.

Honest
My boyfriend liked the original and black pepper. I liked the salt and vinegar and the black pepper ones. As Eastern Europeans - we have experience!! Garlic and bacon not much taste :/

I supported you guys at the start but the prices for pork fat are just ridiculous you guys need to give your head a wobble over 20 quid for a bag of pork is just insane sorry won't be buying again greed is not nice because it never knows when to stop so im stopping buying from greed now!!!

Not impressed overall
So firstly, I bought taster pots last year. Great. Maple my favourite. Ordered more maple but what came tasted nothing like maple, just very salty scratchings. They arrived quickly. I ate them but was disappointed. However on another note, they must be the most expensive pork scratchings in the world and I'm not convinced that the price is justified for what is essentially dried, cooked pig skin.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company - I have made several orders and the last one arrived with one bag not sealed from the factory and the amount of arse ache going back and forth with them saying that I had opened it even though it’s evidently clear that the bag wasn’t sealed - contents obviously went soft in the post as they spilled out in the big cardboard box - finally got a resolution after sending the empty bag back with them saying they wouldn’t normally refund for an empty bag - no apology no sorry about your experience here is a replacement and your money back - very poor customer service

Your products are super tasty
Your products are super tasty, and usually delivered quickly.
I would have given five stars, but my last order disappointed me, as sent something other than what I ordered. (But still delicious)
I may have given the incorrect order experience date, as can't remember the exact day.
Coolhog replied and asked me to email them with my problem. I've tried sending emails from two different devices, but for some strange reason will not send.
Impossible to contact the company regarding an issue!
