Family tradition
Following a family tradition, all my relatives have used coop funeral, I didn't want the traditional route so was delighted how easy it was to arrange their direct no fuss plan

Cremation only funeral plan
We wanted a no fuss funeral plan. Cremation only. Phoned Coop funeral sales. Very helpful l. Detailed what we would get on our plan. Easy to setup. Good value for money for the plan. Recomend Coop funeral plans.

Very easy to navigate the website and order and pay for a funeral. There is help every step of the way if you need it and associates to speak to if you need it. I bought my funeral online and it was very easy.

Just the lady who dealt with me was a star 🌟
It was just the lady who dealt with me, made my experience if i was going co-op for a packet of rich tea biscuits.it was a shame I didn't take some with me when I went for my funeral plan, as the Lov'ly Lady who done my plan offered me a hot drink straight away.I felt Very comfortable the whole time I was dealing with my plan.

Personal service that went extra mile
Catherine at Middleton was really helpful from the very start, and helped us sort everything out with no fuss or hassle. All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They went out of their way to go the extra mile and give a personal service which we really appreciated, and really helped make everything as smooth as possible at difficult time.

Second to none service
Everything was so easy to do and the customer service was second to none.
I have bought a plan that suits my needs and requirements at a very reasonable price. This gives me peace of mind knowing that nobody has to be left to deal with all the necessary arrangements following my death.

Very helpful staff when I called in to enquire about their plans, I was given a brochure to peruse at home. When I made my choice I rang the number given and confirmed my choice and paid in full.
No pressure at anytime.

Professional reliable service
Rebecca was curtious, processional, approachable and very easy to talk to. She was on time and explained everything in easy to understand terminology. We felt she was very trustworthy and we felt confident that our wishes will be carried out. She didn’t hurry us or put ideas into our heads, but allowed us to explain what we wanted.
