Great service very professional
My wife went ahead and paid for a Simplicity cremation for herself and I’m so glad she did they did everything for me, when she passed I just gave them a call a few questions later it was left to them.
They called me to let me know what was happening very professional.
Even getting the ashes back was very dignified as the man from the crematorium brought them to my home and came in for a chat again very professional.
All in all so easy and so professional

I was told I’d be cremated but I’ve been buried! Coffin doesn’t even have a pillow. Neck is in agony. Tried contacting customer service but can’t get on the graveyard WiFi.

They were helpful
They were helpful, very kind and I was kept informed of when my mum was cremated. The only issue was we were not told she had been scattered but that could of been our misunderstanding. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

My experience isn't going to happen unless I have an accident throwing something at the TV every time their advert comes on. I want to tell that awful man and equally awful woman pretending to plant something in a pot that its way past their time to go. Will never use this company or any other of these ghoulish companies.

The experience was great as it was first class…
The experience was great as it was so easy to do it online for myself and then for my brother straight away and it is exactly what we need and looking forwards to the documents coming to us in the next few days.
