I don't use my local coop much and today's visit certainly didn't inspire me to go back anytime soon. The male on the till had zero personality. He didn't interact at all, and never even looked at me!... Voir plus

Streatham Hill has to be one of the most racist shops I have ever been to. The security will harass you from the moment you step in to the moment you leave. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Awful
Avoid their home delivery from their Archway store, North London. Delivered to the wrong address then refused to do a re delivery as it would unbalance their stocks!!!! Awful place... not going near them again....

My husband and I were at the coop…
My husband and I were at the coop shotts on Monday 23 September we ended up leaving because of the horrendous noise from the self checkouts they were so loud and all say different words at different times. My husband works with sound and he said the noise was far to loud We spoke to a lovely lady when we we left but my god please go back to the normal tills
Went into my local Co-op just now…
Went into my local Co-op just now (Hucclecote Gloucester) & they appear to have stopped selling cabbage! They stopped selling fresh garlic a while back too. I couldn't find any bars of soap this morning either. Asked the polite lady at the checkout about both & got no rational explaination. (Not her fault, it's the so called 'Management'.
Sorry to say this but I will use Aldi from now on, just half a mile further away...
Been a lifelong user of the Co-op, spent many thousands there in my lifetime. My mothers first job was with the Finedon (Northants) Co-op in the 1940s & our family was brought up on their food, etc. even their Funeral Services, Insurance & Banking. (Our Co-op Divi number in the 50s was 1208, I remember it well)
Not any more, I've had enough at 80years of age. The Co-op has squandered all their long established goodwill, & it is sad to see.
Not existent Customer Service
COOP does not look into complaints against their staff instead they are swept under the carpet.
Disgusting customer service
Disgusting customer service , they never resolve any issues , I was sent out of date food from a online shop , still no refund

Co-op Joel Street, Pinner
Co-op Joel Street, Pinner. I was served by a very childish horrible girl Katie. She is leaving in 2 weeks and feels she can treat people like rubbish. The Incident: There were 3 people serving behind the cigarette counter. I went to the server next to her. Katie decided he should stop serving and go on to the shop floor. I then went to Katie and she accused me of pushing in. This was not the case. I tried to explain and she started shouting at me. Then started pulling nasty aggressive faces at me and then refused to serve me. I waited for the Asian man to serve me, who was the only other person behind the counter serving next to her. The two shop assistants were frightened and terrified of her. When I stated I would complain she said ‘Do what the (expletive starting with ‘f’ ) you like’ - I am leaving in 2 weeks. I DONT CARE! This behavior was appalling! Surely the Co op cannot afford to lose customers.
The local co-op in Market Lavington…
The local co-op in Market Lavington keep jumping their prices from real £1.50 price for lets say for example Ginsters Pasties to £2.50. I have done youtube videos on my 60k youtube channel explaining why this is not nice and written to them complaining and they still do it. Whenever they do this people from the village go and shop in Devizes and save tens of pounds on their shop. Its up to you co-op stop abusing your customers like this or lose the custom. I have had to complain in the past they were closing the shop early but then they stopped doing this. The staff there are amazing by the way. The manager is brilliant but its not their fault as the prices are passed down to them from head office who make them reprice stuff daily.... yes daily. Its up to you head office. Listen or lose.

Ordered food which never arrived after two hours I contacted store to be told the driver collecting food refused to bring it . Can anyone explain why ? and no communication from store that it was cancelled !!! ???
Update : contacted customer service to be told wrong use if language used by shop order not by driver he just refused it ?? and picked up another ticket I am none the wiser except it comes from Uber eats deliveries. I will not use co-op again they do not seem to have any control over orders plus head office do not seem to care !
The Co Op don't care
After a bad slip and fall at the Burry Port branch was assured the co op would contact me. They didn't. So I wrote to "Customer Care" explaining what could be done to make the store safer. After a long period they replied with a mostly irrelevant response that ignored the points and questions raised. They claim to be yma i helpu Porth Tywyn (Here to help Burry Port). They're not interested in what the public have to say at all!

The Lyntott co op in southwater is great. The make over is sad, not much change to be fair. The whinge about the Lady with short brown hair is unjust unless you know her. Anyway she is a Chelsea fan so just take the mick, I do. But she means well. The staff that have been here for a long time are fantastic and helpful. I won't any comment yet on the younger men that are serving here but they could do with a welcoming smile please.
Tried to join the Coop foodstore at…
Tried to join the Coop foodstore at Burbage, Hinckley, Leics.today, I had filled in the app and wanted to pay the £1 joining fee in cash (there was a tick box to do this or enter my bank details) unfortunately I was told i needed to enter my bank details (which I don't do online for groceries) the assistant said I would have to return later as the person who deals with this was on a conference call for approximately an hour, and she couldn't leave the till. I had made a special journey of a couple of miles to do this and I had filled in the application online apart from my bank details so that I could just pay the £1 and receive my bonus card. Unfortunately not! Unless you're prepared to give your bank details it was implied that I couldn't apply for the card. What a pity the Coop has reduced its customer service to this level. I had been a member of the Coop for over 40 years prior to them folding a few years ago and bought a lot of my household furniture and linen from them. Now to apply for a bonus grocery card you need to give bank details. Sterling is no longer acceptable for this transaction. Shame on you Co-op!!!
5 start service from Tahian
I had the pleasure of being served 3 times, this weekend by lovely Tahian at the Co-op store Kingsway Holborn as I went to a 2 day conference close to the store. Super impressed by how professional Tahian was and each time her would give me a welcoming smile. Excellent work he should be given a golden star for the service he provided.

Not bad as a smallgrocers, open bank holiday, just don't go I if your on a budget, v high prices.
Tak8ng excess in money without any replacement product?
Why do you pay extra money for a product replacement when t u e staff don't have the sense to do that? Phoned today after yet another fail from Cedar Road Co op Newcastle upon Tyne. Phoned the store and whoever I spoke to t9ld me to phone the help line. I asked why they don't send product replacements and I got Phone the helpline. I phoned and they don't work on a Sunday. This is a regular occurance. Then to get a refund you've got a link that doesn't work properly. Same as the prize draw that asks about your shopping experience. I had to reorder a similar product when apparently there was no similar product. No apologies just had to pay another 2.99 delivery.
At the coop in fishguard
At the coop in fishguard. Great shop with plenty of produce. I would like to say a special thankyou to theresa the staff member that went above and beyond to help us the other day when the store was really busy. Wish we had a theresa in our local coop in Yorkshire!
