Avoid this company!!
Avoid this company and don’t get tricked by their in your face social media adverts. Product is a low standard and the customer service is 0 to non! They sent the wrong product to me and have since ignored my requests for a call back. They refunded the difference but without checking that I didn’t need what I ordered (which I did)
Clearly a drop shipping company that don’t care about the product quality or customer satisfaction.

Delivery man was friendly,he found my address OK,some drivers do struggle as my postcode sends you somewhere else. I ordered a rabbit hutch and paid. I then decided I wanted a chicken coop instead as bigger. I emailed . I recieved the coop :) the base of the coop was damaged a bit. I emailed and sent picture, same day new part was dispatched. I can not complain about the company at all. As for quality, I suggest paying double these prices if u want something made solid that will last 10years or more. These are the quality of a rabbit hutch ect u would buy from pet store. I don't know what people expect for 250quid? I would use this company again. I purchased a cover which fitted fantastic , I am overall happy with coop.

Expensive and poor quality: shocked
If I could zero I would. Delivered to wrong address so had to lug it over from my neighbours. The double hutch is beyond flimsy and I have no idea what the extra £50 towards fox-proof wire and treated wood went to. Am concerned that my little pets won't last the night, I am sure the product won't last very long even in roofed, well-sheltered porch. The pull out tray at the bottom does not have any support so I fear it will warp and sag. Once I began constructing it, I knew it was a the worst purchase I have made in the last decade and wish I had returned it before reading that any attempt at assembly cannot be returned. Wish I had checked the reviews here and purchased elsewhere. Buyer beware

Terrible product and customer service
I bought a rabbit cage. It arrived damaged. Even if it didn’t the product was such poor quality it could not have been used anyway. Paid the extra money for fox proof wire and you could rip it open with a finger. Coops and hutches will not respond to my email to get a full refund. There is no phone number for a reason.

Foxproofing? An expensive joke
I bought an expensive henhouse for up to 12 birds. It arrived, as did the wheels I ordered the following day. No sign of the fox proofing I paid £29.99 for. I immediately went on their 'callback' service. No call back. I emailed. No response. I went on live chat. No-one alive there. I then found these reviews. Wish I'd done that sooner. As others have said, the coop looks good, but isn't what I'd call robust. And IF (big if, given they've not replied) the minute piece of weldmesh at the air vent counts as fox proofing, well a big hahaha from cousin Reynard. Not to mention profiteering gone mad. Not even high street DIY chains charge that much for weldmesh.
As I bought on my credit card & the purchase is still very recent, I'm considering my options.
One of which is never to buy from them again. That one I'm taking.
UPDATE (over 18 months later I received a reply)
A friend, on hearing I'd had a response from my post of JULY 2023, said....well all credit they could have just ignored......
The loooong silence was ignoring.
I will email but will not be holding my breath.

Failed to deliver
Failed to deliver product then after the product was refunded and the delivery driver (apc) came back and apologised, we had call a few weeks later from their "legal" department of a withheld number tell me they will be claiming legal action against us.
This company is just a scam do not buy anything from them, they are greedy and inept.

Chicken coop awful quality
Awful product, we ordered the treated wood and fox wire upgrade on our chicken coop. There is a small square of wire which I was told justified the extra cost and the treated wood already looks terrible condition after just three months. Extremely flimsy, customer service is awful was a struggle to get them to respond and told if I wanted to return it would be at my own cost.

Product damaged in several places therefore not fit for purpose. Poor workmanship and very flimsy. They suggest if I want a refund that I 'post' the coop and run back to them.

Flimsy tat, not fit for purpose
The flimsy, cheap materials are not fit for purpose and the customer service is terrible. I paid over £500 for a coop and run, which was so lightweight that it blew over only two weeks after I purchased it, breaking and splintering the thin wood of the box so it cannot be used. It was placed in a sheltered spot next to a stone wall and the wind was only moderate. Any coop designed for outdoor use should protect birds from the elements, not turn over with the first gust of wind. Customer service initially offered me a partial refund, then didn't answer any of my next 3 emails until today (2 months later) when they told me they held no responsibility for it. Absolutely shocking!

Rubbish tack avoid better out there and cheaper.
Rubbish tack paid a lot of money for extra run, treated wood and fox proof wire and wasn’t satisfied at all. Came with a letter saying treat it again before heavy rain fall and the wire was paper thin definitely not fox proof. I emailed the company to ask if I was sent the right extras and upgrades and I got a blunt return email saying it was. Very disappointed with the company customer service too.

Do not buy from this company! It’s awful quality
I ordered this and it arrived 9 days ago. I put it up 5 days ago. It is being housed by 1 rabbit. Within 1 night it’s has chewed through the door. I should have trusted my instincts with these reviews and not ordered off of them. The wood is very cheap quality and considering we also paid extra for fox resistant wire and the treatment. It’s no surprise to say but I really regret spending a fortune on something that couldn’t even last a week for a rabbit!! I tried to get in contact with them and yet again another company, that you cannot get hold of by phone, have to wait for them contact you. Another instinct I should have trusted. I’ve now had to go out and spend more money on a hutch for my rabbit as this one is no longer suitable!! I also have pictures but no where to post them. I’ve tried contacting them through Facebook messenger, which they have now blocked me and my husbands account who had no part in any of this. No refund and no contact!

A little disappointed in the quality
A little disappointed in the quality, especially as I paid extra for fox wire and treated model. The wire is flimsy. The treatment will need to be done again
Spec says “from high quality wood” this isn’t high quality wood.
It looks cute, don’t get me wrong. But, the QUALITY just isn’t there.

I would like to update my report found here dated the 1st June 23.
Having been so frustrated to not receive any call backs or replies to my email, the matter has now been resolved to my satisfaction.
I dismantled the rabbit hutch and boxed it ready for collection.
The collection was arranged for Wednesday this week and today Friday on enquiring to see that they had received the return of the Hutch I received a full refund to my Bank Account.
It has been a slog but the complaint is now closed.

Avoid! Flimsy product, was surprised to see our XL bunny hutch come in a small box you can pick up with one hand! Really bad customer service, just read their terms and conditions to get an idea of how difficult any return would be. We've been told we have to pay them £50 on top of postage just to send back.

The word that used is very cheap and…
The word that used is very cheap and lightweight. The hutches are not of good standard quality. It is not water tight. The Advertiser extra large hutchies for rabbits in fact it's quite small smaller than the ones you buy from Pets at Home. It looks like the wood butcher has been at it as there's a cracks splits in the wood. I will not advise you to buy any of their product they don't have a direct phone number. I wish I could upload some pictures to show you.

Next day delivery, easy to assemble
Ordered rabbit hutch, received next day, very easy to assemble. Looks good and rabbits are happy with it. Would definitely order again in the future.
