I purchased some dumbells which did…
I purchased some dumbells which did arrive promptly. However, the dumbells were dinted and had what appeared to be dirt on them even though they were wrapped in bubble wrap. Not fully happy but never mind.
I’ve used this company before and I love their items and I do think they are good value for money.

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish, purchased the blocks and strap for a gift for a friend, delivery was very good and packaging was great. This is my second time now purchasing from Core Balance will defo be purchasing again from this company. No complaints from me.

Inflating a balance ball
Found it very difficult to inflate the balance ball with the supplied tube as it starts deflating before one can insert the bung.

Handy ankle weights
I ordered some ankle weights to help with my physiotherapy exercises. I found some suitable ones in a range of weights, at a reasonable price. I bought two pairs, which arrived promptly. They are easy to attach and have been a great help.

Poor experience
Very poor experience with Core balance and will not order from them again. I ordered a Bosu ball, and paid for next day delivery. Evri were dreadful saying they were delayed in delivering it etc. They eventually advised that they would deliver some 6 days after my order was placed. I complained and said I wanted to cancel the order. The response from Core balance was poor. It was a standard response saying I was too late to cancel. However I then received a further email saying that the order was cancelled. Poor service. No acknowledgment of the poor service by Evri etc.

Still haven’t received my items, it’s been over a month, if I had realised it would take this long I’d have never ordered and gone to sports direct. Awful service
