This is by far the worst telecommunications company in Greece. I strongly advise everyone to avoid it.
For over six weeks I have been trying to resolve a serious issue — I’ve sent multiple emails and visited their office twice. Each time, I’m redirected to their hotline, where either no one answers or the staff cannot communicate properly in English. There is effectively no real customer support.
The network coverage is extremely poor, especially on Corfu. I often have no signal at all, or my phone connects to distant networks from Albania, which results in unexpectedly high charges. Despite reporting this, the company does nothing to fix the issue.
I work online and depend on a stable connection, yet I am forced to travel daily just to access the internet. I have clearly stated that I want to cancel my contract and transfer my number to another provider, but they are making the process unnecessarily difficult.
Customers are constantly redirected from one department to another with no resolution. This level of service feels discriminatory and completely unacceptable. In my opinion, this company should be held legally accountable for the way it treats its customers.

Ποιο χάλια δεν γίνετε….
Η σελίδα τους είναι χάλια, με το ζόρι λειτουργεί, μετά από πολλές προσπάθειες μπόρεσα να παραγγείλω κάτι, η εξυπηρέτηση Chat, είναι χάλια, με το ζόρι απαντούν, εξυπηρέτηση μέσο τηλ δεν το συζητάμε, δύσκολο να τους πιάσεις, που να ήμουνα και πελάτης και να χρειαζόμουνα την βοήθεια τους.
Γερμανική εταιρία αλλά με ελληνική νοοτροπία.
Should have a 0 star option
I live on a village very close to a big city so one would assume my internet would be at least usable. I used to pay for 50 Mbps and got 56, then all of a sudden they called and claimed 25 will be the max now but for the same price, now I'm getting 13 mbps at most on a good day and the internet works for just about 1 device not even providing enough juice for a lightweight videogame, if more than 1 device is connected, none of them has normal speed internet and if 1 or more devices do a more internet intensive task there will be no internet at all, also even on social media, 1 out of 3 videos won't even play due to terrible internet. (I'm also right next to the router with nothing in between so I just have little to no internet for the past 4 years without customer support even doing anything)

If there was a lower rating allowed, they have definitely earned it. Terrible service. A monopoly approach in the year 2026. This is why they do not care of who pays the bill, and therefore their salaries. It is a really sad, sad situation for the customer.

I have been a Cosmote customer for over 10 years while living in Greece, and overall I can say that among all providers, they are probably the best in terms of coverage and basic service quality.
However, I feel that customer care and offers are not really focused on retaining loyal clients. It often seems that you are only taken seriously when you request to cancel or switch to another provider — only then do better offers or attention appear.
Another point I would like to highlight is the installation process. I was waiting for fiber optics for about 5 months. If I hadn’t started calling every week during the last month, I believe I might have been waiting even longer.
So while Cosmote is a strong provider, I think there is definitely room for improvement in customer service and proactive communication, especially for long-term clients.

Before I signed the contract they told me that in 10 working days I will be connected and more days have passed, I have been left without landline and internet and I have an elderly person who is monitored with a camera and I cannot monitor him without internet, I called customer service and spoke with this employee... who was rude, abrupt nervous and not at all helpful, when I asked him to connect me with the technical service or with someone who knows about the progress of my request, he told me that he is responsible for everything. Lack of Transparency in COSMOTE Contract Renewal
Contact was made regarding the renewal of a contract package concerning my two mobile lines, which are connected to a landline (Magenta) that is also registered in my name. However, the renewal, according to COSMOTE, requires the transfer of the mobile lines to unwanted packages (Unlimited, Platinum...), with unspecified charges and duration, until the final transition to the desired Gigamax Unlimited package. Despite my persistence (for more than one hour), the cost of the renewal was never clearly specified, nor was the time required for this process clearly defined, which unilaterally includes intermediate enrollment in unwanted packages until the activation of the final package. This handling by COSMOTE is contrary to the relevant legislation and applicable regulations, specifically: Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection (regarding unfair terms and lack of transparency in transactions), the General Authorizations Regulation of the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission concerning the company’s obligations regarding the content of the contract and the right of termination or modification, as well as Law 4967/2022 concerning the protection of contracts for the provision of digital services. The provider, as it is obliged to do, did not provide the financial terms in writing nor the duration of the transition from one contract to the next. As a result, all possible charges (fixed fees, mobile service charges, overage charges) are not clearly specified, although they are required to be stated clearly and without “hidden” costs. This treatment by COSMOTE, particularly toward a consistent customer such as myself, as demonstrably evidenced, is abusive and contrary to the law.

Αχρηστη υπηρεσια. Σου βγαζουν την ψυχη να φερουν τις γραμμες. τα κανουν σκατα με τα καλωδια και τρυπανε τοιχους. Δεν καταγραφουν τις κλησεις για να σε τραβανε με "καντε restart τον router". Ριχνουν την ταχυτητα για να χωρανε ολοι οι συνδρομητες και μετα κανουν τις παπιες. Το support ειναι ανικανο. Σε χρεωνουν για να μιλας στο support.

Can I go lower than 1 star?
I was litterally told by the staff in the cosmote shop that they could not help me, and was left with a technical issue to solve on my own. Called the customer service multiple times a day to help me add the phone number back into my app as it was removed by their mistake, but was either just disconnected or was told someone would call me back but this never happened. I've seen bad call centers but this reaches the worst of the worst.
If you have any choice, choose another provider- don't get tempted by "the best network" story, as you'll regret it.

Καταγράφουν τις συνομιλίες μας για την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση αλλά εμείς δεν μπορούμε να αποδείξουμε αυτά που μας έχουν τάξει και στο τέλος πληρώνουμε τα διπλά . Η χειρότερη εμπειρία μου μέχρι τώρα και δυστυχώς εκεί που είμαι δεν μπορώ να αλλάξω εταιρεία.
02/03 μας κάλεσαν απο το 13888 για να…
02/03 μας κάλεσαν απο το 13888 για να μας πουν ότι θα περάσουν την επόμενη 03/03 για εγκατάσταση γραμμής απο τις 8.30 μεχρο τις 12.00. Πήγε 14.00, δεν ήρθε κάνεις και κάλεσα ( ε αυξημένη χρεωση) το 5ψηφιο αριθμό να δούμε τι θα γίνει. Η πρώτη εκπρόσωπος με έβαλε σε αναμονή, μετα απο λιγο βγήκε άλλη εκπρόσωπος, έπρεπε να ξαναπώ τα πάντα και με συνεδεσε σε άλλον ,στο "ανάλογο τμήμα " . Συνολικά μίλησα με 3 ατομα, χρεωιμηκα 13 λεπτα κλήσης σε πενταψηφιο , με τον τελευταίο εκπρόσωπο να μου λέει (έπειτα απο επιμονή μου) οτι θα έρθουν ΑΝ ΔΕΝ έχουν τεχνικό πρόβλημα. Παράλληλα χρεώνομαστε πακέτα ίντερνετ στο κινητό για να κανουμε εργασία απο το σπιτι

I’d like to put minus 100!!! The worst experience of my life. 4 months I try to put internet in my apartment and still nothing! Today I came from abroad because I received at last message that they’ll come today! I was waiting the whole day and no one appeared! The technical support knows nothing! Awful! And when I said that I want to cancel the application they told me that I’ll have to pay for this cancellation! Though they didn’t do anything for 4 months! The best part of all!
