Country Boarding for Cats and Dogs Avis 

Neglected to remove a dog from the van for several hours in near 30° heat, causing her to die on her owners wedding day. Do not trust them with your animals.

Animal abuse, Should be ashamed of yourselves. Letting a dog die in your "care"

Disgusting shambles of a company. Left a dog to die in the back of a van in this heat as they forgot about her.
Do not use, and hopefully they will be shut down.

DO NOT USE THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY!!!! KILLED A DOG IN THERE CARE BY LEAVING THEM TO ROAST TO DEATH IN THERE VAN. YOU SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH ANIMAL CRUELTY AND HAVE THE BUSINESS CLOSED DOWN! RIP LUNA

Dog DIED left in a van for three hours!!!! Poor little dog, the amount of suffering she must of through. How could YOU let this happen??? You owe everyone an explication! Please shut them down ASAP!!!!

Do not use this kennel as they they forgot about a dog in a van for 3 hours during heatwave and the poor dog died! It is their job to look after the animals in their care and they failed which catastrophic consequences for both the dog and the dog’s family as the dog died on the family’s wedding day!! These people should not be trusted with anyone’s animal in the future.

They left poor little lady luna to die in the back of a van in 27° heat! 3 hours she suffered before she was 'remembered' and it was too late! Ruin a beautiful wedding weekend for bride and groom and loose their bestfriend.
You do not deserve to care for animals, you deserve to be in prison and suffer just like luna pug did!

This company ‘forgot’ about a dog and left it in a van for over three hours in this heatwave. The dog sadly died because of this and I can’t imagine the suffering this dog had to go through. I hope this place loses its license and is shut down for good

They left a dog, Luna, in one of their vans for 3 hours, forgotten, slowly overheating, and dying. RIP Luna. This place should be shut down or taken under new management. Disgraceful.

Not impressed

Shown around did not like the fact that in the standard kennels there was sacks against the fences to stop the dogs looking out VIP kennels better Went back into reception to find out more information when I asked about prices was told prices are on the wall. Owner was in reception but would rather drink his coffee than ask us our views If they treat us like this on our inspection visit how would they treat our beloved dogs when we are not there Thank goodness we found an alternative with a far better personal touch

A fantastic kennels where they look after your dogs so well so that you can go on holiday with peace of mind. The grounds are amazing so the dogs get great exercise whilst having lots of fun. I highly recommend them.

I have used Country Boarding a few times now for our 2 year old cockapoo Bertie. The team are just wonderful and I am rest assured my fur baby wookie man is in good hands. Definitely recommend.

This was Margot's first time staying at Country Boarding and she happily went off with the Kennel staff without a backward glance after I dropped her off! Clearly a good sign. This is a very well run kennels with caring and passionate staff. It was obvious that Margot had a great time there and knowing she was being well cared for meant we were able to enjoy our weekend away. Thank you to all the
team at Country Boarding and I have no hesitation in recommending their kennels and I'm sure Margot will look forward to her next visit.

I could not be happier with Country Boarding! I brought my two dogs, Pilar and Hugo, during a time when my work/travel schedule was a disaster. Country Boarding was accomodating and helpful during this time, but even more so, they took such amazing care of P&H. I could tell that the staff really loves the dogs and it was such a relief to know my babies were being loved on and having such a great time playing in the fields. The pictures were so wonderful to get and everyone was so kind when I called to just check in. Country Boarding will absolutely be my first choice the next time I need a kennel. Thank you so so much!

Highly professional but with a friendly, reassuring, caring touch. So well thought out …detailed care. It might not be the cheapest but neither is the stay expensive when you consider the care that goes into looking after your dog. Absolutely spot on!….i would recommend

We send our flat-coated retriever puppy (Murphy) to playdays at Country Boarding every week and she loves it! The staff that run playdays are wonderful and it’s such a valuable opportunity for her to be socialised with other dogs.
