This is a scam read all the fine print.
So looked up something for church on line and went to this website and ordered $1.99 report and got scammed into being signed up for a monthly fee, I did not want and once it showed up on pay pal account immediately contact Stephanie at 800 number. She was accomidating and canceled the unauthorized subscription and refunded the stolen funds. Thank you Stephanie and I will NEVER use this website again.

I canceled prior to the end of the trial and was still charged. I emailed customer service and received a response the same day with the reason for the error and a resolution. I received a refund the next day. Excellent customer service!

I understand that there is that 7 day trial and I messed that up, but right now with me not having a job and trying to get another job, I only used the background check to run a background on me, I totally forgot. Used this service to try and find my adoption records, didn't find it, had to do so myself. Turns out they hide a $25 recurring subscription in a checkbox and refuse to refund it even if you don't use the site afterwards. Avoid like the plague.

they charge $24.99 a month for something you can do for free on your own just by going to public records searches they're representative told me that they collect the information from public records which are accessible to anyone free of charge

I spoke with a nice lady and she was knowledgeable about the situation I was being faced with. However the company continued monthly deduction out of my acct., is wrong. I used this svc 1 time and immediately cancelled it. This company doesn’t show up on subscriptions so I could not find them to make a second cancellation. I feel it’s a scam and feel bad for the call center that has to handle all the calls about their fraudulence.
