Not sure which chargers i needed for my 2 laptops, rang and explained and happily was shown online the exact same chargers ordered thr 2 chargers on the Monday and received both the following morning, both identical to the originals supplied when the laptops were new and a fraction of the price. Very happy today

Less than zero customer "service" : they did a mistake with shipping label so at the receiving I paid more than 2x of original price of the purchased item ...After my e- mail with all evidences about their stupid fault they just denied to accept/solve it.It was a f...king bad idea to order from them.

I am sorry you feel this way, we send 100s of chargers out every week with no issues, due to brexit the customs facility on royal mail has changed from manual to an automated service, we offered to help prove the costs for you to help refund your customs charge, but you decided to give us bad feedback along the review platforms, we send chargers all over the world with no issues and is the first time we have heard anything like this for Norway customers or any other and have checked all since with no issues whatsoever.

Found this company on Google search. I always check to make sure any company I deal with online has a UK address and phone number so was happy to see that Coywood are in Scarborough - where I was on holiday last June. So ordered a new power pack for my Packard Bell Easynote. An original unit arrived within 48 hours at almost half the price other companies were charging on Amazon and Ebay. Unit works fine so will not hesitate to use this company again.

I actually googled Trust Pilot to go out of my way to leave this review because nowadays finding such an impeccable and excellent service is difficult to come by.
This was an excellent experience, the charger came, it's perfect - brand new and half the price I would've paid anywhere else. It arrived in about a day. I can't fault anything with Coywood it was perfect and I wish I'd found this service sooner. Thank you Coywood for being a company of integrity.

Less than 18hrs!
Asus laptop charger ordered 4.30pm, delivered next day BEFORE 12 and I hadn't even paid express delivery. Laptop charging as I write this well deserved review. Wish i had come across this company sooner after my power pack was stolen. (You might want to boost your Google SEO placing guys because lots of other less reputable companies appear before you)

Thank you for your order, very kind words and review, we are trying on the SEO side but it is very hard with the amount of fake companies pretending to be from the UK and some even using UK in the title, the amount of customers that called us after never receiving a charger or having received the wrong size or fake version is unbelievable, the sooner these companies are found out and moved lower down the rankings the better, as we are based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire and send direct from our Retail store / stock room everything is sent out same day, by either UK mail or Royal mail, so most chargers get there next day without issues, I won’t name names, but the others listing, this can take weeks coming on slow mail, if indeed they send the correct one at all.
It is very re-assuring that you have recognised this issue and we hope that other customers will follow suit.

Ordered a Macbook charger at around 11.30-12pm and it been delivered to me by 9.30am the next day. I hadn't paid for any express delivery or anything. Very impressive!

Excellent and thanks for your order, Royal mail 1st class can be brilliant a lot of the time and is often next day with post office, but this is never guaranteed, as sometimes can take a couple of days, but majority received next day, so thanks for letting us know.

Great service - needed a new Lenovo 2 Pro charger - dispatched quickly and delivered within two days.
Works perfectly appears to be authentic and new.
Would use Coywood Computers again.

Quick, simple and honest service! Easily contactable and my product arrived in perfect condition (one day later than expected but still within 2 days).
I purchased an Apple 60W Magsafe 2 power adapter for MacBook Pro 13 Retina display and Apple MacBook extension cord after my others broke following 8 years of use. I'm hoping these will last me just as long!
