This is a company that keeps its word. I was told it would take 5 to 7 business days , but it was here by 3 days later. This was very important to me. It was so important that I bought another one. I was going on vacation and needed them before we left home. Great company would recommend them to anyone.

Beware "Open Box"
The resmed I bought was not open-box it had over 500 hours on it from a previous user. I would call that "refurbished". I find it curious they sell used items but don't accept returns/exchanges if the product has been used. And the reviews on their website are clearly fake.

Took over a week to ship
Took over a week to ship, chatting with support never gave a clear ship date. Just "the warehouse says it's in processing". Finally the status was made clear that inventory was being refilled.

Total disaster
Total disaster. UPS screwed up and the I received the machine late today and there is no mask. I ordered the “full package”. This is like buying a car with no engine.
