Had an old machine that was noisy and was barely working. Feel safer with a machine that automatically adjusts so that I know I will always get adequate air.

Sleep is important!
Always skeptical when it comes to online sites that display lower than average prices. However, I was able to speak to their customer service person prior to ordering, and all the questions I asked were answered appropriately. I ordered the machine on a Friday evening, and received a few follow-up emails with tracking info. The machine arrived the following week, as expected, and on time. So far, the machine is working properly as it should, and everything was in good order.

This company sells medical equipment…
This company sells medical equipment that lacks full functionality in the territories into which it sells. It has notices on its website that you may not be able to connect to the app outside US (and also that you will probably get an import duty bill that will wipe out getting a saving from buying in your home territory where you will have access to the all important app). i am surprised ResMed allows them to distribute in such a sharp manner and will be contacting the manufacturer about that. When you complain there agents simply refer you to small print. Would not stand up in UK. Very poor way to treat consumers of medical equipment.

Strong plastic smell and allergic
Strong plastic smell and allergic reaction – unacceptable experience
I had very high expectations for this CPAP machine, but unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.
From the very first use, the device emits a very strong plastic / chemical smell that does not dissipate even after several days of use. The odor is so intense that it makes breathing uncomfortable and unnatural.
More concerning, after using the machine for a few nights, I started experiencing nasal irritation and allergic-like symptoms, including constant sneezing and sensitivity during the day. I have never had these issues before using this device.
For a product that is supposed to improve breathing and sleep quality, causing respiratory discomfort and allergic reactions is completely unacceptable. I attempted to tolerate it, assuming there might be an adjustment period, but the symptoms only got worse.
Due to the strong chemical smell and negative physical reaction, I had no choice but to stop using it. This has been a very poor experience, and I cannot recommend this product to anyone who is sensitive to odors or has nasal allergies.
