The pricing presentation is misleading
The pricing presentation is misleading. The discounted price of GBP 687 appeared attractive and led me to purchase the machine online. However, after shipment, DHL Express charged me an unexpected GBP 72.12 for import tax, customs duties, and clearance fees.
Customer service explained that “free worldwide shipping” applies only to shipping costs and excludes taxes and customs fees. While this may be stated in the delivery terms, the headline “Free delivery worldwide” is unclear and misleading. It should explicitly state “excluding import taxes and customs fees.”
Customers cannot reasonably be expected to know or calculate these charges in advance, especially when no estimate is provided. In normal business practice, such costs are either included or clearly disclosed upfront.
Although I had no choice but to pay the DHL fee, this was a poor experience. Despite a UK contact number, the item was shipped from the USA, resulting in extra costs of over 10% of the product price. This lack of transparency makes me reluctant to recommend this company over competitors with clearer pricing.

Purchased the Resmed Air Sense 11 CPAP…
Purchased the Resmed Air Sense 11 CPAP machine. Ordering, price, Customer service inquiries, shipping eta, and communication were great. The issue I have is that the hose included is not the standard hose with a chip, which provides a lot of the sensory feedback that this unit provides. My sleep center technician pointed this out, and provided one for my @ $69.00. So factor that in when purchasing.

The machine is comfortable to use, but the sleep report is abnormally high (i.e. 3.5 events/hr, 1.5 events/hr instead of 0.5 event/hr as I expect)

However, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for used or opened CPAP accessories. For health and sanitation reasons, once an accessory has been opened, it cannot be resold or redistributed.
As previously mentioned, the water chamber is considered an accessory, and according to our return policy, accessories are non-returnable once the packaging has been opened, regardless of usage. I ordered a luna g3
I ordered a luna g3, but it did not suggest additional accessories i need to complete the set-up. this delayed my usage by a week, because i have to put another order for the mask separately. It took a week to receive the mask. I would have been nice if you can suggest other things we need to complete the set-up.
