Crocs Australia Avis 

I have been wearing crocs for about 5 years now and find this company so easy to deal with. For example, one Friday morning I ordered 2 pairs of crocs and they were delivered to me the following Monday morning and no I do not live in the metropolitan area. Croc sandals are amazingly comfortably for someone with feet problems

i own 4 pair of crocs, the first 2 pair are too tight ,although i ordered the right size, but i bought larger sizes & wear them every work day. it was a waste of a lot of money as they sit there.

I bought Crocs because I stand all day. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I now own 6 pairs. One pair I bought was faulty and Crocs Australia were absolutely wonderful. A new pair sent immediately. I have NO COMPLAINTS at all. I LOVE MY CROCS :)

I am a huge fan of the " flip flops" or thongs as we call them in Australia. I started with the Flips and was instantly addicted. I was very upset when they disappeared for a long time but am relieved to see them back. I agree though with some other reviewers that the returns policy could be a bit more flexible.

All the family - of 4 - love crocs. We have been wearing them for about 10 years. Love all the new styles, although ordering online, sizes can be a bit of a problem. Different styles have different fitting and size variations. Not sure how you can fix this issue. No problem with returning except for the return cost. Wish all the stores stocked crocs! Great shoes!

I've found the delivery and returns to work well, however for fitted shoes they really need to do half sizes. There is so much stock that I want to wear but don't fit.

Love Crocs. Miss being able to go in store but online service is excellent and products arrive promptly.

The four pairs we have bought have all proved to be very comfortable and all three deliveries were extremely prompt.

Reading the Reviews, mine are in the same/similar viewpoint.
*Been wearing Crocs for 8+ years & the quality & service has never faltered. Love the comfort, lightness & surprising excellent orthopedics. Range of products always increasing/improving. "But, as expressed in most of the Reviews, 'Sizing' has it's issues. Eg: My Clog style size is (8) & I ordered a pair of Loafers = couldn't get my foot into it = Fantastic service (as always) from Stefan (C/Svce) - returned & re-ordered size (9) & (10) = both didn't fit 'my' feet = too big = returned &, so ordered different.- NB: I emphasize 'my' feet, because we are all different = the next person possibly may have no issues with the nine or ten :) ** I feel strongly, that although it means more Inventory, having a "Half" size available, in the 'Sneaker' &/or narrower style, = much less costly, than the Labour & returns costs....The majority of Crocs' purchasing, is done on the Net., so this issue will continue. The inconsistent sizing makes buying online a gamble.
I bought a pair of size 12 online and they sent size 10 and then refused to take them back. JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

Great, long lasting products plus super fast and accurate delivery - highly recommended!

Love the classics and my wife is a fan of the captoe flats. Ordering is easy/delivery fast.....But. ordered my usual size 12 in sneaker type shoes and Breck boots only to find them a little tight (my son loved them and now gets his crocs online) so for other styles its a one size up try on with possible return.

I've had excellent customer service from Crocs Australia, always felt safe to use my credit card. Have had a problem with 1 pair of shoes, and customer service sorted that out quickly and easily.

I discovered Crocs 6 months ago, and will no longer wear anything else. Shopping centers are too big and floors too hard to wear normal shoes all day shopping, my legs would ache all night. When I wear crocs, I can enjoy shopping and my feet and legs are comfortable.

Some of their designs are a bit ugly, so just go for the prettier ones. I watch their site every now and then to see if a pretty new design has come out.

I love their thongs, they are great for the beach , they last a long time and noting on them to rot with the water and sand, only fault I had was once I ordered a different style to what I normally do and they are a smaller make than the others so they didnt fit , I gave them to my daughter, so watch sizes, They are not all the same.

Good product durable and comfortable.

I slipped and both crocs broke at the time, I contacted crocs customer service Stefan who was very helpful and arranged for them to be replaced. The service we received from Stefan was excellent and nothing was a problem. Thanks Crocs and we would recommend your product to anyone.

I bought 3 pairs of crocs (duet max). One pair tore up the side when I slipped on a hill. I emailed crocs, and they were happy to send me another pair for free! Thanks to Stefan @crocs customer service.

6 months after ordering a pair of crocs and not being able to wear them as they were too big , I checked the size on the bottom and found they were a size bigger than I had ordered.!
Crocs have agreed to replace them for me after all this time as they found it was a packing mistake.
Thank you to Antonette who has been very helpful and prompt with handling this for me.

Ever ever worst experience with shoes, colour faded with in a month and went back to ask fro exchange they said sorry we have no policy on it. The colour is fade and i spend $ 110 worth , its ridiculous

I am appalled, after waiting over 6 weeks since my return, still no refund. Rang the company, was told my paypal account had expired and they couldn't do a refund. My paypal has not expired just a lame excuse to cover their inefficiencies. Asked why I hadn't been contacted more lame excuses. Will think twice before buying from them in the future.
