Crocs Australia Avis 

I am an avid fan of the Leigh Wedge, so much so that I have over 20 pairs of different coloured leigh wedges! I am constantly getting complements on my shoes and buy them to match an outfit. If I can't find a colour to match an outfit, i just buy the oatmeal coloured ones and get fabric pens and colour them myself.
When I was living in Singapore, I needed a shoe that would be comfortable for me to walk around in and the leigh wedge was the one. Now that I live on the sunny coast of qld I still try and walk everywhere and the Leigh Wedge is my go to shoe! Yesterday I walked 7kms in them and not once did my feet feel tired or sore.
I highly recommend the Leigh Wedge!
To me it is the perfect shoe!

I have purchased a number of products from Crocs and they have always been as described. They are comfy and long wearing. Emails received when items are on special have encouraged me to buy more products. Delivery time is excellent and has always been within 2-3 days of ordering. The only negative is that although I am buying from an Australian site, the billing is from overseas and incurs an overseas transaction fee on my Visa card. I now know to bear this in mind when buying things from Crocs.

I had to change sizes for my shoes. They were really easy to deal with. Their internal refund and repurchase process was s bit strange but worked out in the end

I have purchased numerous Crocs here in Australia, in London and in the US. I love them and wear them virtually all the time. I have peripheral neuropathy in my feet and can not tolerate most other shoes on my feet for extended periods. I agree with most of the comments made by other reviewers especially with regards to inconsistency with sizing between different styles, the complicated process to do a return AND the frustration in not being able to access all the same crocs available in the US. My favourite Croc is the black Yukon, followed by the brown Yukon followed by the graphite Yukon. Please bring the black Yukon back!!! Crocs are a great alternative footwear that are well made, comfortable and well suited to life here in Tropical Australia! Well Done!

I live in a very humid climate and these shoes are ideal, they are very comfortable and look great as well I am always being asked where I buy them. Thank You for a great product and fantastic hassle free service.

I have bought crocs for years.. and when they came out with the gumboot and riding boot; I could wear them in winter! My son reaches for crocs as his prefered choice. we are always in and out of the water, parks etc so great outdoor shoes.
I only wish the soles lasted longer as when it's wet: the shoes become slippery when worn on tiled footpaths: very dangerous! If this could be fixed I'd give 5 stars..
I have been able to resole the riding boot for $40 which is great because they dont seem to sell them anymore and I LIVE in these in winter (and gum boots!)
I spend all my day on my feet: and my feet at comfortable ALL day!

I have been wearing Crocs for about 15 years and although the starting styles were not very stylish they were so comfortable to wear. Now they have real style and most people are surprised to find out that they are Crocs. Keep the fashion coming ....

My children (3 and 5) have been wearing Crocs their whole shoe wearing life! They are easy for them to put on and are durable and easy to keep clean. They can be worn to lunch at a cafe and then straight down to the river for a play - and even accidentally INTO the river!
My husband has a pair of thongs he wears on our boat and i have ballet flats and heals too.
My online questions have always been answered speedily and with a lot of friendly detail. On the occasion where i have had to return a pair i wasn't happy with, this was done very easily and with no fuss or bad feelings.

Have been purchasing many shoes from crocs website . The delivery has always been super fast. I live in WA. It only takes 2-3days to get the items. Once they sent us 2 pairs of the same item we ordered and we talked to the customer service about it. They asked us to return 1 pair and we got voucher for our honesty.

Always super fast service, buy what I need the sizes I need so much easier than paying parking fees and trudging around searching for the colours I'd like! I love Crocs - their flip flops are so comfy and lovely colours.

I have loved crocs over the past couple of years and have always bought them online. I recently purchased a particular style which were terrible. Unfortunately, they made my feet sweat and feel so uncomfortable. I emailed the customer service team and to my dismay they could not help me as I had worn them for one day and they were not able to be refund me or exchange. They were not even interested in what my concerns actually were with the style. Very disappointing.

HOWEVER for enclosed shoes UNLESS I CAN GET 1/2 SIZES I WON'T BE BUYING AGAIN. i.e. SIZE 8 ... TOOOOO SMALL .... SIZE 9 .... TOOOO BIG !!!

My first Crocs were Ceo slipons bought in a shop, so I knew they would fit. They were wonderful, but were so light that I thought the bag they were in was empty and I left them behind in a hotel! That style, I discovered, had been re-worked and I didn't like the new version at all. At the time I emailed the company and was told that there were no plans to reinstate the style, inspite of many other requests. Wrong. If you have a great style and it sells like hot cakes it doesn't need fixiing!! I see they're back, but with different colour choices in the US, from where we in AUS can't order them. Get that right. I want the navy version - it's this season's colour and I would bet that it would go through your hands so fast it would burn.
Several reviewers have also commented on the variations in sizing. In my hint for a replacement for the Cleos, I found another roughly similar style and bought another colour version of it. That version was FAR too small, and larger versions were sold out. Sending stuff back is a REAL PAIN. This size thing really needs sorting as I hestiate to order online if I feel that I might have to return an item for different sizing.
The discrepancy between what's available in the US and AUS is really marked, and I'm sure that it's a sore point with loads of people.
The shoes themselves, when they fit, are wonderful. I have several Huarache flats and one pair of the flip flops which I wear everywhere, even to work. The website also wroks well, and the order process is relatively simple. Delivery alwasy comes in good time.
To sum up - the AUS office is doing a good job. The main issues are the variation between colours and styles in AUS and the US, which I just don't get. And the doubt about sizing. Get that sorted, and I for one will be buying more shoes!

Great shoes. Leastways the ones I can wear are. I have lipodema, as apparently 10% of the world's women do. But I can only wear a couple of your styles, as my feet and ankles swell incredibly. I love the ones I wear. But the soles wear out too fast and in the winter, on wet paving stones, I have nearly killed myself a couple of times, in 3-month old crocs, slipping up because the soles were worn out, into traffic, in the rain.

I love what you do. I love the colours. I don't love that I can only get a small subset of the styles herein Australia by comparison with USA. I don't love that I can no longer find a shop where I can buy them. I especially don't love what happens when the soles become smooth after only a few months' use and I need to walk in the wet.

love them to go swimming at the pool at the beach - shopping - walking - sitting - relaxing - they're great for whatever is thrown at you.
even my husband loves them now and that IS big!
