Brilliant we raised the money!
we raised the money! brilliant.... but its a shame the algorythm doesn't boost on other platforms in order to spread the word at no cost. hence no 5 stars! ( maybe not crowdfunder's fault tho!)

I can see my colleague Annabel replied to your email yesterday at 10:26am so please check your spam folder in case it is hiding in there.
Please note that we don't have a phone line or live chat support (we do have 'Fundr' our support AI chat though that can answer a huge range of enquiries or pass your enquiry to the team if you need further help).
We would love it if we could manage to speak to everyone on the phone, however, with up to 200 projects added a day, we just cannot speak to everyone. We want to help as many people as possible in a day and email is the best way to do this.
We aim to answer all queries within 1 working day, although during busy periods this can take a little longer.
We hope you continue to use Crowdfunder in the future.

I see that you contacted our team around the same time as leaving your last review, and we’ve already reached out to you directly via email.
As we've previously explained the funds you pledged for the "Funeral for Tony Slattery" project have already been disbursed to the project owner, we are unable to issue a full refund in accordance with our terms of use. Happily we were able to process a partial refund for the funds that were still available in our system.
As the remaining funds have already been sent to the project owner, you will need to contact them directly for a refund, as we no longer hold those funds. You can easily do this through their project page as detailed in our help article: https://intercom.help/crowdfunder/en/articles/2462091-how-can-i-contact-a-project-owner
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and understand that this situation is not ideal. We regret that the refund window had closed by the time you made your request.
