I misplaced the hardware pack for my new cabinet. Croydex immediately responded to my request for a solution. They airmailed the brackets to me in the US from the UK. Who does that?! Thank you! Tracey Higgs helped me out.

Lovely shower basket with a five year rust free guarantee! Sadly I’m now on my 3rd one in 9 years and they have all gone rusty before the five years is up.
Emailed the company today and am waiting for a reply!
Company have offered me a replacement basket which I’ve accepted and hope I won’t need for 5 years!

We purchased a 48 inch medicine cabinet for our bathroom. It transformed our drab space, and we are so happy with the quality and ease of installation. One shelf was dented during shipping and customer service promptly replaced the part. We are very satisfied.

Bought Croydex LARGE sticky pads for £5.58. Today the package duly arrived and I couldn’t believe what I had paid £5.58 for! It’s an absolute joke. They are definitely not LARGE!! On the website it does not give size but what I received was four tiny slithers of sticky tape which from what I can see, will be totally useless for the job I bought them for.

Would definitely never buy anything from this company again. I would stay away from this company.

According to the box, the Flexi Fix "always fits". It didn't fit my toilet. It "never slips". After 20s of pressure, the pads made no attempt to grip. I am disappointed

Bought a Croydex illuminated bathroom cabinet via Amazon, the switch is broken so it won't illuminate. Contacted Croydex for a spare part which they don't supply, they said won't do anything to rectify the issue and its Amazons fault. Typical not my problem response from a manufacturer, if you make something and its faulty you should be liable to fix it.

Got from Wickes. All the parts in the box. Took about 15 mins.

Bought the top of the range expensive bath mat. The rubber spikes are so hard it is painful to stand on. You could not sit on this mat in the bath.

We have two Croydex triple shower dispensers. After having a new shower we need to re attach them. Contacted Croydex Customer Service answered the same day. I could buy the pads online, which I did and there were no delivery charges. The adhesive is not available for sale but was told they would send me some free of charge. Confirmed the next day that it had been sent out first class. Great service, could not have asked for anything better. Polite, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. What a refreshing change in this day and age. Nothing but praise for them.

I contacted customer service regarding an issue I had with one of the products, customer service sorted my issue and replaced my item.
They provided good customer service and the replacement arrived with two days

There was NO VIDEO to show how to install the Britannia Curved Towel Rack.
Our handyman said your diagrams were NOT HELPFUL.
The same problem with the Croydex towel bar.
We are spreading the word DO NOT BUY CORYDEX PRODUCTS.

Twice I contacted this company for a problem with a soap dispenser and both times the service has been impeccable.

Ontario toilet soft close seat stopped working in less than a year, contacted Croydex was told to send a video of the seat slamming shut which would potentially smash the toilet pan! before they would send a replacement I offered to pay for replacement parts which they do not hold in stock?take a video send the seat back!,

Just received excellent service from the Croydex customer service team. Would just like to send my tanks to the team especially Alison. Painless problem solving.

I now have 3 shampoo hoses by croydex.
None of them fit onto my wash basin taps.
Not sure why I keep buying them.
How am I supposed to get them onto the taps?
The holes are far too small.
My husband has tried cutting them but still can't fit on.

If I could give their big seat a zero I would. Dreadful product. Spent an hour fannying around trying to fit it with the hopeless instructions. Coincidentally my plumber came round as he was working next door and just said” they are sh#t “. I chucked it in the bin bought a conventional toilet seat and fitted it in 10 minutes. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Two-tier Croydex shower caddy with 5-year rust guarantee was severely rusty within a few months. Apparently this is normal, but for some reason B&Q continue to sell them. No problem getting a refund from B&Q.

Bought toilet seat with Flexi fit non slip fitting, but no matter how much you tighten screws it slips, I suggest buying any toilet seat with conventional fittings as Flexi fit is rubbish, I wish my old one hadn't broken, will need a new seat before long
