not great with communication at all
I have to say I have never spoken to anyone all I get is messages via text message asking me to sign a new file when click on the file there is nothing to say what I'm actually signing it's blank no emails. I not gonna sign anything I cannot read. Seems dodgy. I have googled them hence why I am writing this. However I cannot say communication is good as this is only the second time I have heard from them in 6 months. So I am not impressed at all and won't be signing anything I cannot read. No point in sending blank files then say sign here, it's not going to happen. Maybe they take on more than they can handle and that could be why some people get a better outcome and relationship with them.

From what you have described, it sounds like a technical error. We do apologise about this and of course will endeavour to resolve this for you. We can always provide any communication by alternative methods such as email or post, if it’s not accessible in the first method. We would never intentionally send blank documents. Unfortunately, some software are not compatible across different devices, and this is likely what’s cause the documents not be initially visible. If you have any concerns at any stage, we are always contactable to help resolve by phone or email.

Consumer Rights Solicitors have ignored a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR), no response within 28 days, and the formal complaint we sent to them, a further 28 Days. I will now be contacting the Information Commissioner to lodge a formal complaint.

This company is the worst I would…
This company is the worst I would advise people to stay well away from them, they have been constantly harassing me regarding a car finance claim which I have no idea about they even sent me an email of a form I signed, which was not my signature I emailed them telling them I have no idea who you are and I'm not interested, instead they send me a email back saying my claim is under way and they will keep me up to date on the progress lol, this company is a complete and utter disgrace.

I have been trying to get an update from them for over 6 months. When I email them, they simply don't reply. Last time I had to call, but still couldn't get anything out of them.

Scammers
This so called legitimate solicitors company sends threatening and unsolicited emails to people who have never signed up for their car finance reclaims service.
For anyone who this has also happened to, they can easily be reported to Solicitors Regulation Authority. This can be done on the SRA website.
Hopefully enough people doing this will shut them down.

Emma Nash has been a massive help through a very stressful time with issues with having multiple claims with different companies.
Emma was very quick to respond via emails and always gave me support and advise when needed..
The company have also been kind to cancel some of my claims for free, which was very appreciative of them.
