It has been great being kept up to date with my claim. These days it is highly unusual to receive service like this

They don’t give any updates on when your claim is due back just stupid emails that say nothing about anything

I am finding this process very long winded - with the same questions being asked multiple times,

Very good with all previous party’s what we’re involved in my loans or financial situations

I have always been updated with an email on the progress of my claim for the finance on previously owned cars. Although it has been going on for a while, at least I know where I stand and hope that it is resolved very soon.

You people mixed me up you asked w during this period to sing about 100 times and when I asked you to contact me over the phone you never answered or accepted it I only need to know way you asked for all this proves of identity and signature and you still asking me for more of it
Really I can’t understand that thank you hopefully you will explain and clarify that

The company are consistent with there updates. Very reassuring

I’ve tried to ring but get never get through to anyone. So many emails asking for my signature, if my signature is required please send documents in post. Thankyou

These claim guys are useless they keep asking for the same information and nothing gets done dont bother using these waste of space

The Claims Guys should be sued for harassment. They won’t take no for an answer. Just bugger off and stop bothering me. I, like many others, received multiple offers from companies to submit a claim for mid-sold car finance insurance and even though I have settled on only one of these companies to do the investigation and have told the Claims Guys that I don’t want them to represent me, they wont accept this request and have told me that if an offer of compensation is made, that they will be due their commission. GO AWAY!

The claims guys started to fill form in and did not finish and did not sign
Still getting emails after two year asking to sign to confirm every week

Handling claims well but why do I have to keep sending id and signature, done this for all claims around 5 times.
