We have just booked our third cruise for next year 2027 with Crui.se. Rachel has been our contact for all bookings and has made the process for all very easy. Unfortunately, this year's cruise was cancelled due to low water levels, customer service throughout was outstanding full refund super-fast very impressive. We will be booking for next year and would strongly recommend Crui.se to you.

This is the first time we have used Crui.se and very impressed with the way the booking was handled by Rachel. We knew what river cruise we wanted to do for which Rachel provided a very competitive price and provided some good knowledge in advising of which cabin would be the best option.

They were very helpful in coordinating our booking with a friend who is going with us. Initially we were dealing with Carly but after we had had to go and check some details, we returned and then dealt with Rachel who picked up very smoothly where we had left off.

I have just booked 2 couples on a river cruise for next year with Riviera Travel, as a new client.
We were a bit of a nuisance, as we asked for possible alternate dates and departure airports ! However, all my contacts with the company via email, phone and their site were promptly and accurately dealt with. Staff were friendly and informed and agreed to hold cabins while I tried to contact our absent friends.
The final wrinkle was when paying our deposit and failing with the first 2 cards! This was resolved quite quickly, but it must have been a trifle annoying late on a Friday afternoon.
If the trip is as well managed as the booking, we are guaranteed a great experience.

Both Rachel, and Rebecca were extremely helpful. This is my first cruise so I had lots of questions. They patiently answered them all, and found me the perfect cruise.
