Cambodia, Vietnam and Singapore cruise!
We did the Cambodia, Vietnam and 5 night cruise out of Singapore. It was a fantastic holiday.
The hotel in Cambodia was great with friendly staff and excellent food. The Angkor Wat tour was amazing. We also organised an additional tour around Siem Reap which was very interesting.
We then flew to Hanoi where we stayed in the old district. The Halong Bay trip was fantastic with an excellent knowledgeable tour guide. A truly wonderful day enjoying stunning scenery and a fabulous sunset. The hotel was in a good position to visit the old district with all places of interest within walking distance. Train street was an amazing experience!
The Furama hotel in Singapore which we’ve stayed in previously was still as good. We then cruised Royal Caribbean to Penang, Phuket and back to Singapore. It was lunar New Year, it was busy but a relaxing end to the holiday.
Cruise2 organised all of our transfers which were on time usually contacting us the day before pickup.
It was an excellent package put together by Cruise2. It was very good value for money visiting popular tourist sites.
As always Betul Barrett and staff at Cruise2 gave us a holiday to remember!

good prices, reasonable customer care
had a couple of bookings with good prices and initially good telephone conversations with salesman Zak. However he seems to have disappeared and communications were a bit sticky for a while. Best plan seems to be to email the documents department who seem to respond quite quickly and reasonably sensibly.
Second cruise went very well apart from the seat-booking, apparently due to multiple airlines involved (seems to be a common problem on looking through the reviews).
A word for Kate in documents, who answered very quickly and efficiently to a couple of queries about this.

Excellent Customer Service
Had never booked with Cruise2 before, but wouldn’t hesitate to book my next cruise with them. Really enjoyed the whole booking experience with Paul. He was polite, friendly, extremely helpful and a lot of fun. When I contacted him a few days later with a minor query, he was very quick to reply and was able to answer my questions straight away.

We wanted to plan something truly special to celebrate both of our 70th birthdays — not just a holiday, but a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Bucket list Trip.
This is a bucket list trip for me to celebrate my retirement. Travelling alone I wanted to make sure everything was included and that I would be well looked after.
