I was experiencing some hearing loss i both ears made a appointment with Rebecca, who put me at total ease explained the procedure ahead ..no discomfort felt ..impacted wax removed and i can now hear the grass growing ...I would definitely recommend the clinic a lot gained in a short procedure thank you 😊

What a great service from opening the door,made to feel at ease procedure explained very well.
The treatment went way beyond my expectations and result was amazing and of course i had to see what came out shocked to say the word.

Excellent service. I was truly put at ease from going through the door to having treatment. I didn’t know what to expect as never had micro suction for my ears, it was completely painless. Recommended by a friend. Easy to book a prompt appointment. Only one issue; access a bit of a struggle for 96 year old mum but practitioner on hand to help. Lovely welcome, excellent environment. Rebecca was professional, patient and totally reassuring. Procedure carried out with full explanation given. Mum wears hearing aids but wasn’t hearing due wax build up. Immediate relief so important for mum and the family. Huge thanks; we highly recommend the service
