They said my phone repair would take 2-3 days, it took more than a week. Poor communication, terrible customer service, unreliable information given multiple times. Avoid this company if you can

Sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Wurde als Reparaturdienst von Samsung empfohlen. Selbst nach fast 2 Wochen war immer noch kein Kostenvoranschlag zu bekommen. Auskunft war immer: "Gerät befindet sich in der Analyse". Bei der Frage nach der Reparaturdauer konnte man mir keine Auskunft geben, selbst auf die Nachfrage ob es sich noch um Monate handeln konnte bekam man keine Antwort bzw. es wurde gesagt man könne nichts zusagen. Ich würde auch sagen selbst ein Stern ist noch zuviel.

Ich habe mein Fold 3 zur Reperatur eingeschickt und ich muss sagen das ich nie wieder etwas zu diesem Verein schicke, mein Handy war wegen einem Schwarzen Streifen unter dem Innendisplay zur Reperatur, für diesen Fehler konnte ich rein garnichts.
Vom Mitarbeiter der sich der Reperatur angenommen hat bekam ich dann die Mail das ein Meschanischer Defekt vorliege, das heißt das ich selbst schuld daran wäre. Leute, wenn ihr Probeme habt dann geht lieber zum Handydoktor in eurer Nähe.... DANKE FÜR NICHTS

Absoluter Saft Laden. Habe bei Amazon meine Airpods Pro umtauschen lassen, doch sie werden jetzt wohl Repariert. Was möchte man den bitte da Reparieren ?! Zieht sich nun schon 2 Wochen. NIE WIEDER !

Ein Update:
Laut UPS bescheinigung wurde das Gerät am 11. abgegeben! CTDI buchte es am 17. ein! Hier kann sich jeder selber ein Bild machen wie schlecht CTDI arbeitet! Am 26. haben die es dann als repariert gebucht! Ein absolut lahmes und schlechtes Unternehmen!

Oneplus verwendet dieses schlechte Unternehmen für Ihre Garantie Reparatur! Extrem schlechtes Unternehmen. Laut UPS wurde es an einem Dienstag abgegeben, 1 Woche später steht es auf der Nachverfolgung dieses Unternehmens noch immer auf "wird angeliefert"! Nach 1,5 Wochen wurde mittlerweile aufgrund Beschwerden an CTDI Sömmerda dieser Zugang gesperrt das man nicht mehr nachschauen kann ob sich was tut! Würde nie und nimmer eine Reparatur außerhalb der Garantie in Auftrag geben und würde jeden davon abraten! 1 Stern muss leider sein aber nicht einmal dieser ist verdient.

Auch ich habe ein unglaublich schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Beats Kopfhörer, 3 Monate alt, zur Reparatur eingeschickt. Die Ohrpolsterung hat sich aufgeribbelt. Kostenvoranschlag 167€. Aktueller Preis 159€. Die Ohrpolster gibt es als Ersatzteil für 14,99€. Auf Anfrage ob es ein Fehler vorliegt, sagte mir die Mitarbeiterin, es werden grundsätzlich alle Teile getauscht. Das ist eindeutig Abzocke. Hier werden offensichtlich Teile getauscht, bzw. so getan, die i. O. sind, um nur den Kunden zu betrügen. Ich finde es auch schade dass Amazon da mitmacht!

Smartphone geschickt wegen Reparatur!
Smartphone war auf dem Boden gefallen und hatte ein Fehler angezeigt. Nach 3 Wochen bekam ich ein Kostenvoranschlag wegen Wasserschaden ( nie ins Wasser gewesen!!) und kosten 456€ !!!
Das Handy ist 3 Monaten alt und hat neu 319€ !!!

Einfach nur Abzocke!! Nicht zu empfehlen!!

After sending my laptop out for repair to John Lewis they sent it to CTDI to get fix and due to apparent water damage I had to pay £750 to fix it. It came back with more faults that it should have only to have to send it back to another month only to come back and those faults still not fixed as its claimed they where not showing on diagnostic screens so not faults visible which is rubbish!

Bestes Apple Online Service-Portal! Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Mainly had one problem with my USB-C, they imposed me a 453€ quotation changing almost all parts of the phone and no possibility to fix what I needed, it's either you accept their quotation or no repair at all.
A ridiculous, time-wasting experience. Thank for nothing.

am 22.12.2020 mit Bluetooth Problem abgeschickt an CTDI Sömmerda- und am 08.01.2021 um 18:00 Uhr durch UPS wieder zurück. 18:30 Uhr war klar der Rechner zeigt kein Bluetooth an und hat keinerlei Einträge im Hardwareverzeichnis unter Bluetooth. Apple Care angerufen alles getestet, geht nicht. Tastatur und Maus nur noch über Kabel zu verbinden.
Der Eintrag im Serviceprotokoll lautet u.a.! (schriftlich vorhanden) Diagnose zur Reparatur: Logic Board und Nezteil ausgetauscht, "Funktionstests erfolgreich durchlaufen"
Das ist eine Unverschämtheit, die nicht mehr zu toppen ist. Apple sollte diesen (aus meiner persönlichen Sicht) unseriösen Service Provider aus ihre Liste streichen. Mein IMac geht dort nie wieder hin.

After reading a lot of negative comments on this company I have to admit I am pretty satisfied with service, a month ago I acidentally broke my screen on my OnePlus 7 pro, after searching for repair centre in my country the repair itself will cost over 350€, so I decided to contact original OnePlus service, send it to Poland and after 2 days it was repaired, the only thing that I noticed the price is little bit higher than on webpage, so instead of 147.50€ I paid 207€ inc. tax and labour... My phone came back like brand new so I couldn't not be more satisfied

CTDI. Was cautious sending my OnePlus 7T pro to them after OnePlus named them as their repair centre for Europe and reading reviews on this site. However, after smashing my screen on a Sunday I had no choice but to send it to them and hope for the best. Nowhere else repairs my phone model and I couldn't source a screen to even begin to think about a home repair.

Raised the repair on Sunday
Accepted by CTDI on the Monday with UPS labels sent.
Collected by UPS on Tuesday and was in Poland Wednesday. On Wednesday CTDI emailed to say the repair would cost 205 Euro. So I paid it straight away.
Thursday the phone was repaired and dispatched
Friday it's back in my hands and looks new again!

Only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is the quote from OnePlus was approx 150 Euro but for some reason it came out at 205 Euro.

Would use again. Not cheap but great service and a credit to UPS for superfast deliveries during the COVID pandic

On my 3rd oneplus phone now and was such a fan before however the quality and service has really dropped. Firstly my CC details where ripped from there secure payment site. Something i found out only 2 months after and a £1000 credit card bill, when they thought to inform its customers. And then with the most recent phone i am being charge for a repair that should be covered under warranty. Namely dust ingress in the rear camera, scammed by there repair provider (CTDI). Poor build quality!

Sie sind einfach sehr schlicht, sie nehmen Geld ohne reparieren. Ich tippe die andere bei sie nichts reparieren.

They are dishonest thieves. They make estimations of non-existing repairs declaring damages that do not exist.
Do not provide sufficient or clear information on the damage analysis and respond with rudeness to clarification requests.
To be absolutely avoided
OnePlus to choose them as suppliers for Europe has made a huge mistake

I sent my Google Pixel (one month ago) to get it repaired.

One month later and after having paid more than 300 Euros to repair a screen, I havent got my phone back. They say they are waiting for a piece of the phone, but it's incredible that the only support they can offer for a 1000 Euro phone is this.

I don't recommend anyone to buy a Google Pixel or to send the phone to get it repaired to this company.
