Today I spoke to Lynn from the pharmacy to sort an issue with my prescription she was very helpful and friendly also turned out it was my miss understanding but still very helpful non the less

I ordered and paid for my cannabis prescription 4 weeks ago, and I’m still waiting for Curaleaf to fulfil my prescription. Spoke with a couple of agents via phone & live chat and they were really arrogant and not helpful at all. Was asked to send proof of payment, which I have forwarded email confirmation and a copy of my credit card statement - but now they are saying that payment has never been made.
I’ve now started the process of leaving Curaleaf and joining another more professional pharmacy.

Amazing company, incredibly responsive of there are any issues not that I have had many. They have great customer service and the ease of being able to book an appointment or contact pharmacy team to discuss things is brilliant. I'm disabled and I find my medication from Curaleaf has helped me so much with my pain and my mood.

Even with complications of no ones fault, Lynn was a messenger/angel bearing good news that left me remembering just how friendly and personable everyone I've interacted with has been, but the call out of the blue and making it as easy as possible for me was a level of care sadly rare to encounter elsewhere as a doubly disabled person

No awful chatbots, just promptly answered phones by friendly human beings.

Just ordered again this month just had some wonderful help from curaleaf pharmacy im of on holiday and there so kind as to despatch my flower as soon as possible so again they have not let me down since I've been with them for. Im not internet literate got into a bit of a mess so last resort I phoned the helpline got through to Bushra got it all sorted in no time Brilliant had meds 2 days later great service

The pharmacy receives repeat prescriptions but does not process them until the prescription date; therefore, despite knowing you will be ordering medication on a specific date, they do not ensure they have it on the shelf to dispense. NO NO NO, they wait, then order the medication on a 10 working day lead time, yes, you can work it out, they leave you for two weeks without medication. UK Pharmacy Dispensary guidance is 5 working days dispensary. They cannot achieve this. The clinic will tell you one process, but do not be fooled, the Pharmacy is a law unto itself, and when you try to complain, you are met with hostility and ignorance.

So far they have been fantastic with fast delivery after receipt of my prescription. I hadn't realised the delay on getting an appointment with the Clinic for my review so was going to run out of my Liquid Vape Cartridge so contacted patient support for help and they contacted the Clinic for me and arranged an emergency prescription. Causing me the least amount of stress possible whilst dealing with this fantastic service.

Been with curaleaf for a good while now only this time there was a problem with my prescription I contacted Julie at curaleaf and the problem was solved within an hour totally professional always helpful staff and an excellent product

I had ordered my medication but this was delayed and I neglected to provide an alternative address before going on holiday - Lynn was very helpful in getting this returned to the pharmacy for me to arrange delivery on my return. I have been in touch today as I have returned and Lynn has assisted me in getting this dispatched for tomorrow! Extremely grateful for her help and proactiveness - she has provided great customer service and has a great professional attitude! Lynn you are a credit to your company and it's great to deal with people like you :) Curaleaf have been a great company to deal with all round but Lynn has gone above and beyond to help me out!
