Curaleaf Pharmacy Avis 

I had ordered my medication but this was delayed and I neglected to provide an alternative address before going on holiday - Lynn was very helpful in getting this returned to the pharmacy for me to arrange delivery on my return. I have been in touch today as I have returned and Lynn has assisted me in getting this dispatched for tomorrow! Extremely grateful for her help and proactiveness - she has provided great customer service and has a great professional attitude! Lynn you are a credit to your company and it's great to deal with people like you :) Curaleaf have been a great company to deal with all round but Lynn has gone above and beyond to help me out!

Had an issue with delivery which was clearly NOT due to Curaleaf. Lynn, Julie and Grant were very helpful, keeping me updated and sympathetic to the situation. Very good patient communication all round for a problem not of their own.

Had the pleasure of talking to Lynn today who was very helpful and answered my query within minutes.

I was having problems verifying my address but Lynn made it quick and easy, very helpful.

Spoke with Lynn today from the pharmacy support team who helped me extremely with a miss communication that the clinic where at fault for. Thankfully she sorted the matter and my medication will now arrive in time before I go on holiday in a few days. Big thanks to Lynn!

Not responsibly handling Medical deliveries.

Used to be recieving a 1 hour time slot this has now become a time window from 7am to 10pm.

Several times I've waited an entire day only to have drivers falsely claim they have tried to deliver - confirmed with DPD these were negligent drivers who take proof of delivery pictures nowhere near my address.

Curaleafs solution? pay 5£ more per delivery with no guarantee in improved service.

I feel in this scenario they should be covering this delivery cost.

Clearly no care is actually given to getting medication to their clients. Cannot recommend them going forward anymore.

[Update] Identified myself via email on my recent support thread and have just been asked to explain myself again when everything is already in the same thread and mentioned here in comment.

I have reported these issues many times just to be sent around in circles and a defiant wall of these are the options we have (DPD/Royal Mail), No admission of fault, No intent to change or adjust for the failings.

Today i spoke with Lynn patient support coordinator with curaleaf pharmacy she was very helpful in sorting my payment out for my next order of flower thank you all for your continued help and support I am really grateful for all you do to help me! Thanks to all at Curaleaf clinic and pharmacy they will do all they can to help your situation?

The pharmacy team here, particularly Olivia, are exceptional. This level of customer care is rare these days and I understand why so many customers and patients give five-star reviews. A BIG thanks!

The pharmacy has always been helpful and today they responded to a question which wasn't their area but Julie gave me links and helpful advice which meant my issue got resolved very quickly.

I am new to Curaleaf Pharmacy. I cannot fault the Clinicians, Pharmacists or support staff. Friendly and professional. Informative and swift service and responses. My clinician, as well as Molly and Julie have been of great assistance. Would recommend in a heart beat.

Hi I would just like to say to anyone who is thinking of joining curaleaf..the service is 1st class and tbere always willing and ready to help..most people like myself have never used this product and the girls that answer the phones and emails are the kindest people there is..any problem at any time they will hepl with..I would also like the thank julie a patient Support Co-Ordinator for all her help with me..

The clinicians are wonderful and so informative. The prescription is delivered within a couple of days and it's as described. An amazing service through out and would highly recommend them. 🤗

Curaleaf Pharmacy have been so thoroughly fantastic regarding my condition, and how best to use flowers to greatly reduce pain and suffering.
