Curaleaf Pharmacy Avis 

I recently had an issue with the delivery of my medication due to the carrier mislplacing it. I would like to say a personal thank you to Lynn and Molly at the Curaleaf pharmacy for their support. It was a very stressful time and with their respective kindness and professionalism they resolved the issue for me. Thank you Lynn and Molly. I am truly grateful.

I rang Curaleaf pharmacy to discuss an issue with my order, I was given an option for a call back which I found really convenient. Within 10 minutes, I was called back by a member of staff called Lynn. She was instantly able to reassure me with my order. Very friendly and cheerful. Great customer service!

I have been a patient with Curaleaf for months now and am very happy with everything they do and the medicine they provide. Today I had a bit of a problem trying to work out how to order part of my prescription as I couldn't afford it all in one go. I spoke to a lovely lady called Lynn who sorted everything for me and took payment over the phone. Lynn was kind and cheerful and very quick to solve my problem. Curaleaf staff are so kind and Lynn gave me a great big smile, it's the Geordie accent, I love it. Thanks Lynn, hope I get you next time, you are a star.

I've been with Curaleaf as a patient for about half a year now and must say the prescription items and consultation they give are brilliant. The process has always been easy, friendly and I have felt comfortable discussing my issues and figuring out the best treatment options for me and the personal challenges I deal with. I have found their service very useful towards my mental health and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is struggling with any mental health conditions.

Unfortunately, I do have one issue, though I want to make it very clear that MY ISSUE IS NOT WITH CURALEAF itself - MY ISSUE IS WITH THEIR COURIER, DPD. I'm sure that everyone has had problems with DPD deliveries in their time, whether it be delivering for Curaleaf or any other companies that may use them.

However, whenever I have had issues with DPD, without fail every time Curaleaf have always done their best to go above and beyond to help me in whatever way they can.

I unfortunately do not have all the names of the staff members who have helped me over the months when I have had these issues with DPD - I do hope those staff know who they are and know that I am thankful - but today I would like to give a shout out to LYNN! Not only was she extremely kind and understanding throughout our call, but she also really listened to me and took steps towards helping me out with my recurring issue that I've been experiencing with DPD. I hope that you see this, Lynn! And a big thank you again! :)

In short, I would definitely give 5 stars for Curaleaf and their staff! I would definitely encourage others to check out their service if they are struggling or need some form of help for their mental health.

...Buuuuuut sadly it will always be 1 star for DPD from me :P

New client, moved from Releaf due to product supplies. Releaf were great but couldn’t supply the product I needed. Curaleaf has been amazing. Very thorough and extremely helpful. Full checks and confirmation completed in a reasonable time, however it’s not a quick process so if moving from another clinic ensure you’re aware of the time lapse between prescriptions. Lynn in customer service was so helpful and walked me through the prescription ordering service.

This is a brilliant company the consultant Lynn helped me sort out my pain management plan and prescribed the right THC meds .She guided me through the process with such professionalism and with great caring and empathy..Thank you ❤️

I've been with Curaleaf since the start, service has always been reliable and I cannot give high enough credit for their customer service which has been top class. They've always been helpful anytime I've needed to speak to them. No different today when I spoke to Lynn who was friendly and resolved something for me. Everyone I've spoken to there has been genuinely really pleasant.

Called up the pharmacy to enquire about my order due to changes in stock levels - Call was answered by the Lovely Lynn who couldn't have been more helpful! I was anxious that I may not receive my order and may need to wait on refunds etc but was quickly put at ease by Lynn who ensured my order would be packaged and sent promptly. Great experience overall!

Extremely Poor Communication and Left Without Essential Medication
I have been trying for over a week to reorder my prescribed medical cannabis medication and have been completely ignored. The only prescription issued was one I clearly said I did not want because it is far too strong for me. I need medication that allows me to function normally, not something that leaves me unable to cope.
Despite sending multiple messages, I have had no proper response or resolution. I am now almost out of my current cartridge and once again left without medication. This is incredibly distressing, as my condition is seizure-related and without consistent access to my prescribed treatment, I am at real risk of my seizures returning.
It is unacceptable to have to chase essential medication like this. The stress of repeatedly trying to get a response only worsens my condition. Patients relying on prescribed treatment deserve timely communication and proper care.
Very disappointed with the service.

I called Curaleaf to ask about missed deliveries-DPD had made three attempts but for different reasons, I didn't get my order. I spoke to Lynn who was instantly warm, friendly and helpful.
She went the extra mile in sorting out the problem straight away and being so kind. Thank you Lynn!😊
Whenever I've rung Curaleaf with any questions, the staff have always been so approachable, helpful and well informed.

I spoke to Lynn today and she helped me with a bit of confusion I was having in regards to my prescription.
She helped put my mind at ease and was very kind and professional!

What great staff working at curealeaf pharmacy. A special thanks to Lynn and Kate for all their help and support. I’m dyslexic and was really struggling with understanding the process. But I got really great help and was walked through the process.They made sure I understood everything and took the time and the messages were very clear for me to follow.

Only 4 stars because I never give 5 stars for anything. That said, I would put Curaleaf at a comfortable 4.7stars out of 5. Their communication hub is simple enough and they are prompt to respond to my concerns or queries. They really are a game-changer in my life.

I was expecting my parcel last Wednesday (1 week ago). I work school runs, so everytime DPD tried to deliver, I was out.. I couldn’t change the time slot… I wrote to them, I messaged them, and I phoned them, with no help at all. Today I spoke to a lady called KATE, at Curaleaf’s pharmacy, and she was very helpful and understanding. Explained what would happen next (as my package has been returned to them by DPD), and gave me another option for delivery, which will means I will at least receive it…. I am so grateful for her help, as it is a lot of money to lose,
And obviously I need the medication. Thank you so much Kate…. I have been in a state for the last week, worrying, and getting no help from DPD. That’s why I wanted to write this review. Kate deserves the review I gave, very much …

Had an issue with the 3rd party delivery courier but Lynn (the Patient Support Co-Ordinator) got my order sent back out and has raised the issue so it can be resolved moving forward too, not just fixing the immediate issue to placate me. She was a great help, gave me clear options and advice, was really understanding and handled everything super efficiently.
