I was dubious about using this company, given the number of poor reviews. How wrong I was - the net curtain I ordered was with me within 24 hours of placing the order. The curtain is exactly as I requested and good quality. Can't fault the service provided.

I am delighted with my new curtains from this company. They are beautifully made and really heavy and of a high quality. There was a problem with Parcel Post but Curtains customer service was really helpful and sorted this issue. Very prompt response from the company whenever I contacted them.

A gamble that paid off. I neede non-standard length curtains, and I didn't want the task of shortening them myself. I usually prefer to see and feel soft furnishings. The fabric sample is a big help but can' show the overall effect if the patter is big......and I wanted a big colourful pattern. The curtains are perfect in length and effect, the cotton fabric is a good weight and well -lined. They came quickly. A very good experience. I will use this firm again.

Having scoured every readymade curtains website on the net, we came across curtains curtains curtains.co.uk.
The promise was branded curtains at an extremely reasonable price delivered free of charge and within four days.
I haven’t to admit my wife & I were sceptical but this morning the curtains were delivered ( four days after the order was placed). They are exactly as described and we simply could not be more pleased. I can’t comment on the negative reviews except to say that most seem to relate to altered curtains & maybe these complaints are fair but as previously stated, our experience has been wholly positive. Thank you.

Fabulous so happy I found this company online. Super easy ordering and quick turnaround. Put curtains up today and they are perfect. Definitely recommend and will use all the time now.

I don’t normally write reviews for purchases but I want to say that I’m absolutely delighted with my recent order from this company! I ordered two pairs of made to measure curtains and matching cushions for my sitting room. They arrived promptly within a week to Northern Ireland. The quality. Is excellent and they are beautifully made. I was a little apprehensive about ordering expensive curtains online but the ordering process was really simple and straightforward.

I had a net curtain which had unusual hangers. The curtain was becoming a bit tattered but I had been unable to find any website that offered that method of gathering so that I could use the hangers. I came across this company and explained my problem and what I wanted. David immediately agreed that he could supply the curtain to my specification. After a little too-ing and fro-ing with measurements etc we agreed the exact specification and I put in my order on Monday afternoon. The curtain was delivered this morning (Wednesday) and I have hung it. It fits perfectly, the gather is exact and the curtain is spectacular. I have never come across such good service before. All this and it wasn't even a particularly valuable order! Full marks to all those who made it happen so well and so quickly.

I'd liken my experience to "going on your 1st date", you've an idea how you hope it'll go but you fear a possible disaster!
Well for me it worked out better than expected. Communication before the purchase was superb, sample of net curtain received in impressive time. Order placed and received in 24 hours in excellent packaging. Net's hung and looking absolutely brilliant.
In a nutshell for me it's been a joy to use and now enjoy my purchase from a brilliant company. I'd personally highly recommend curtainscurtainscurtains and will happily use them again - no question!

Four years ago I purchased Brooke net curtains from this company for my bedroom window. After years of use they became worn, so I returned to the same company simply to buy replacement curtains for the same window.

Believing I was ordering exactly what I had purchased before, I completed the order. Unfortunately, the website’s ordering page is, in my opinion, unnecessarily complex and unclear. It was this lack of clarity that led me to misunderstand how the width measurement and gather options interacted, resulting in replacement curtains approximately twice the width I actually needed.

I contacted the company immediately, explained honestly how the misunderstanding had arisen and even provided my previous order confirmation to demonstrate that I genuinely believed I was replacing my existing curtains with the same product for the same window. I made it clear that I was not suggesting the curtains were faulty. I simply hoped that, as a returning customer, some understanding and goodwill might be shown.

Instead, every response simply insisted that the mistake was mine. The company’s final position was:

“You are perfectly entitled to take the matter further as we will not accept it back for a refund.”

That was the company’s final response over an honest mistake involving a replacement net curtain costing around £25. To me, that says everything about its attitude towards customer service. Rather than showing even the smallest degree of understanding or goodwill to a returning customer who was simply trying to replace curtains previously purchased from them for the same window, the company appeared willing to lose a loyal customer rather than exercise any discretion or compassion.

The curtains themselves appear to be perfectly satisfactory. My one-star review is entirely because of the after-sales customer service. I have rarely come away from a customer service experience feeling so disappointed, dismissed and undervalued. I certainly won’t be purchasing from this company again, nor would I recommend it to anyone who values customer care when things don’t go exactly to plan.

I received my order for made to measure curtains today, only 9 working days after placing the order. The curtains look great - good quality fabric and sewing. I also ordered multiple different swatches before ordering which was useful in helping me choose what I wanted. I have used this company multiple times before and would recommend them and use them again.

I just want to thank the gentleman I spoke to at CCC for his great service , I spoke to him on Monday morning and by lunch time it was all sorted !! and by Wednesday my exchange had been collected and I had my beautiful new Laura Ashley curtains ironed and up , so a big thank you for a no hassle exchange and all at a great price .

Great service, lovely cushion covers. I thought I'd leave a review as not enough people review a good experience! I ordered 6 cushion covers in the Fernworthy collection, and these were the best priced company by far, especially for the piped edged covers. Less than a week after ordering they have been delivered. I would definitely use "Curtains Curtains Curtains" again!

Brilliant service. I ordered ordered curtains which had to be taken up. Only took a few days. Good thing about them is you can get a sample of the fabric free of charge. Definately recommend this company.

Due to local curtains firms closing I had to go on line. I was hesitant of ordering the wrong size. I phoned and my query was answered quickly. I bought the “willow” ready made in Seaspray. I’m really pleased with the quality and price. Heading tapes were loads better than I expected

Ordered curtains and accessories on the 26th July2025. Extremely quick service. Unfortunately the curtains did not come up to expectations so decided to return the whole lot. Being elderly and disabled I choose to use the Royal Mail. Arranged a collection for the 1st August 2025. When they collected the parcel I pointed out that I had paid the same postage as curtainscurtainscurtains had paid to send it to me. The Royal Mail collector checked curtainscurtainscurtains label and agreed with me. Though we both knew that he had underpaid. My reason was that it is impossible to weigh the box at home and if there was anything to pay at his end he could pay it and then deduct it from what he owes me. Good solution I thought. WRONG.
He would not accept the parcel after Royal Mail had tried twice to give it to him. Then he would not collect it. Neither did he bother to tell me. What a nasty nasty man. After I threatened him with court in the belief he had the goods back, he told me he did not have them. They had not been delivered back to him. Liar.
I eventually, after speaking to Royal Mail paid to have the parcel sent back to me.
So I now have nearly £300 worth of rubbish goods which he will get back and he will pay me what he owes me. All I can say is DO NOT EVER BUY FROM HIM AGAIN.

Adding this information which might help in getting your money back.
1st he said he had never received the parcel. This was a blatant lie. When I tracked down the parcel with the help of Royal Mail it came back to me covered in stickers saying (with dates) that they had tried to deliver on 2 separate occasions and also left a calling card for him to go and collect. If this is a legitimate company how come there was no one available to take the parcel in? Having again sent back the parcel requiring a signature this time. He took the parcel back. Still no payment. I have him 24 hours to pay or I will instigate court proceedings. I emailed him with the proof from Royal Mail and told him that I was filling in court papers. It worked 24 hours later I have every penny plus my original postage in my bank account. I suspect this so called company is run from his home. I don’t care.
You just have to keep on at him because he lies, he ignores you and in the end just give him 24 hours to put the money in your account or it will cost him more to go to court and lose. Just keep pictures and copies of any correspondence it will all help

Had my usual search around on the web for what I was after, this time some really nice curtains to finish off a bedroom renovation. CCC came up top in the search and away I went. Ordering was so easy - I had the exact size I required and thankfully CCC had them in stock. Arrived today and I’m absolutely thrilled with the quality, the sage green colour, and the subtle cream design, and the quality lining. Watched an excellent video in order the get the pencil pleat tuck perfect. Very happy. Thank you.

Absolutely superb. Was a bit nervous about ordering and asking for net curtains to be cut to size remotely, but the process was simplicity itself via CurtainsCurtainsCurtains website. Also, once ordered, I needed to make a minor adjustment to one of the nets, which easy done by one quick phone call. The nets arrived just over 24 hours later and they fitted perfectly. Really good service at an extremely good price. We will certainly use CurtainsCurtainsCurtains again.

Bought some ready made curtains and paid the extra for them to be shortened.
Make sure you read the 'how to measure' guide properly and for the eyelet measurements, you have to add 3cm to the length from the top of the pole (which I didn't).
Contacted the customer services who were very helpful.
