I was able to get a sample of the fabric so could be sure of what I was ordering. The actual curtains came really fast, lovely quality at exactly the dimensions I requested and I'm very happy with them.

David 'The Owner' became extremely rude when on the phone to him; trying to iron out some confusion which had been brought about by HIS confusion. Spoke to Vicky who totally understood and agreed that David had the wrong measurement. He however; explained in a very patronizing way, about how he was 'helping' me. After having thought about it; giving him the benefit of the doubt; offered my apology to him, as my wife really wanted the curtains; but he decided not to accept it, and to cancel the order instead. I am pleased that in the end; our curtains are not being made by someone so self important...obnoxious and spiteful.

Please read the negative reviews first before shopping from this company. Pictures online are deceiving… you are not receiving what you order. Trash complete and utter trash … not stitched properly, cheap cheap cheap materials used . It’s simple robbery . Should be closed down and not allowed to trade under any name . Will be taking this further to the right authorities. Scam scam scam buyer beware …

This company put the wrong house number on our parcel so I had to run after the driver who was delivering to a mans house who had died a week earlier, so I could have lost this order if I haven't seen him.

Nothing wrong with the goods I received they were of a good quality.

Great customer service when the first set of curtains were not quite right.
Firstly, when I placed my order, I'd needlessly added curtain 'stops' to my order, not realising they were included with the curtain rails. I was contacted by the sales department who advised I didn't need them & removed them from my order & issued a refund.
When the curtains arrived, they were slightly different lengths, and when I contacted customer services, they immediately arranged for a replacement set to be sent. The replacement set arrived a few days later and were perfect. Great customer service!

Just moved into our new home and after being let down repeatedly by big name companies, it is refreshing to find a company that actually values their customers and goes above and beyond to help.
I ordered curtains and voiles on a Tuesday and they were delivered on Saturday! I had managed to forget a pair of curtains on the order, but a couple of emails and the curtains were added to my original order and no extra delivery fee.
Beautiful curtains and excellent prices!
Will definitely be ordering again for the other rooms I have yet to get to.

I ordered a pair of Tomlin Emerald made-to-measure curtains with the thermal blackout lining less than 10 days ago and they already arrived! I ordered some of their free samples (which I would definitely advise doing) to find the material I wanted as you can’t return made-to-measure curtains so I needed to be confident. I’m very impressed with the quality of the curtains and the finish as well as how accurate they are to the measurements we gave. Honestly this is my first time buying curtains so I wasn’t sure what to look for initially but their website makes it really easy to find what you want and do all the hard work for you. Again, definitely order a range of samples to find the right material for you before purchasing the curtains - these are free and deliver really quickly. Can’t recommend them enough!

I recently purchased a pair of curtains from this website in good faith. The image for the following curtains makes it look as if the curtains are a plain cream colour, there is no zoomed in image, or description of a pattern, meaning that any normal person would rely on these curtains being of a plain pattern, see following item on their website: "Vogue Cream Ready Made Curtains"

I am a 25 year old girl, who is currently caring for my sick grandfather on little to no income. I have moved out of my rented flat, quit my job, and i am living in a small annexe which i have had to furnish. I bought these curtains in good faith that they were going to be plain and add a little bit of comfort to my room.

Not only did the item that arrived look NOTHING like the image, they are a greasy, horrible, patterned kind of material that is a complete misrepresentation from that online.

The customer service team have been rude, unhelpful and insolent. This has placed a huge amount of stress on me because I am now left with a bunch of material that is worthy only of the bin, and a hole in my bank account that could've been spent on two weeks of food.

Truly disappointed and disgusted with this company. No lack of care or trying to resolve the situation.

I have seen other reviews stating that the pictures are NOTHING like that received. it appears there are fake positive reviews for this website.. PLEASE do not ignore this review.

I ordered a pair of eyelet, hand made curtains in The Chateau Potagerie fabric. The website was really helpful and it was easy to measure and order. They arrived today, after only one week and I am absolutely delighted with them! They are stunning, really well made and literally ready to hang. I will definitely be ordering from this company again and recommending them to family and friends.

My experience with this company have been first class. I initially ordered some samples from the website, they arrived very promptly but were not a great match so I contacted customer services and asked if they would try to match some wallpaper and send some samples. Within a few days I sent them a wallpaper sample and received some more samples which were ideal. Placed an order and received the curtains within two weeks. What more can you ask for?

Never thought I’d be leaving a review for net curtains, but I am honestly so impressed by the net curtains I received that I feel I must. I ordered five sets of Holt White nets, after spending days online trying to find sets of matching net curtains to fit the various sizes of my windows and didn’t have large floral patterns on them (just not my style). I was skeptical at first as it worked out cheaper to get the nets made to measure with curtains curtains curtains than ordering a standard size off of Amazon. That skepticism was completely erased the moment I received the nets in the post. They are high quality, fit all my windows perfectly and look exactly as they did online. They are very well made and the set in my living room has even held up against my two very playful cats hanging off of it few times! Could not recommend highly enough.

Beautiful curtains and fantastic customer service. I had ordered curtains with an inter-lining and, while the overall quality was excellent, the thickness was too much to easily draw and they obscured too much of my window. CurtainsCurtainsCurtains offered to either reduce the size or remove the lining and even arranged a courier to collect on a day of my choice. First class - I would thoroughly recommend.

Ordered curtains, curtain pole and cushions on Sunday and received parcels on Wednesday. I am really pleased with the quality.
My only issue was that the cushions were missing, but I contacted them and the sent them out the next day. I thought that was excellent service.

I purchased a voile panel which came folded, I unpacked it and hung it in place. After several days the creases had not dropped out so I used a cool iron which had no impact and then a steamer. It has improved a little but I was disappointed.

No complaints about the quality of curtains or delivery time. They were just as described and altered to my specifications. Excellent value.

As I had the 72” considerably shortened, it would have been perfect if the leftover material could have been sent so I could make a couple of tie backs or if it had been an option for them to make them out of the left over material. But overall very pleased with my purchase. They look really good.

Just ordered 5 sets of net curtains and poles and I am very happy with them! The curtains I bought were premade sizes, buying was super easy and quick on the website. Very impressed with the price (and half expecting poor quality due to this), but very pleasantly surprised at the fast delivery and lovely good quality net curtains. The adjustable poles are super easy to use too. Very happy customer thank you.

I have bought from curtains curtains curtains before and they have always been excellent. My latest order for nets had one defective curtain . One email to them and replacement received next morning . Amazing customer service , couldn't ask for more.
