My curtains fit perfectly I paid extra to have them shortened but it was an affordable cost. They were delivered in good time. I would use this firm again

Ordered a Roman blind & matching patio door curtains a few months ago.
Quick response to an email & a sample received, curtains & blind were delivered within the timescales given & are fabulous & very well made.
The blind was installed quickly however we have been waiting for new patio doors to be fitted so curtains have been untouched until today. Curtains only had a crease along fold & to be expected so was very pleased.
Would highly recommend company :-)

We needed new net curtains for our holiday home. We gave the measurents to a local company who quoted 5 times as much as curtainscurtainscurtains and advised 2 weeks for delivery. We ordered online from curtainscurtainscurtains who delivered in 3 days, the quality is superb along with the finish. We could not be happier and would thoroughly recommend this company.

There is nothing more irritating than ordering a product online only to then receive an email saying that it is out of stock and that it is not able to be re-stocked. I am advised that the money paid will be refunded, but in this day and age, a real time stock management system for products offered online is fairly basic to implement. Back to square one.

Wonderful customer service. Beautiful curtains for my bedroom. Great that you could have them altered. Pole I originally ordered was out of stock so they kindly gave me another one which was more expensive at no extra cost. Was guided through the whole purchasing plus measuring process. Excellent all around.

The two stars given is because the curtains are what I wanted and at the right price. The curtains were delivered within the time frame stated and had been altered to the requested length. However the state they arrived in was atrocious -creased beyond belief. No attempt had been take to fold along the original fold lines (which I accept would be there) - and when I complained to customer services the only response I received was advice to iron them on a cool setting!! It took me over two hours to rectify the matter and I certainly won't consider using the business again.

Nice curtains, bad alteration.
I would give 5* for the velvet curtains I received, but the 1* is for the alteration.I can only assume they were shortened in a hurry and sent out as quickly as possible.I ordered them late evening 10.40pm Tues 30th Jan. I received an email Friday 3rd Feb from the carrier to say they had my parcel, I rang the number on the curtain website to check if they had been altered as time from order to delivery was so quick,it also states on website that delivery can take up to 10 days if alterations were involved, I was told ‘it depends how busy we are at the time’. My curtains vary by as much as an inch from one end to the other, not very professional at all. I’m only glad they are for a spare bedroom which isn’t used often. I would not order from this company again. My advice to anyone who does,, is get someone not connected to this company to carry out any alterations you may need, just in case you end up very disappointed like I am.

I found some curtains I liked on EBay, but then found them cheaper on this website. The ordering was easy, delivery was quick and the curtains are excellent quality. They are fully lined as just as they looked on the website. Very happy with this company and would definitely recommend them to other buyers!

We were trying to get curtains from another company but they were out of stock for a long time. Found this company online and the curtains were a lot cheaper and wasn't sure if the quality would be any good. On the day of delivery the courier left them on the doorstep and they were stolen. I phoned up the curtain company and they sent a new pair out straight away. Cannot fault the company, the curtains were good quality and the customer services were excellent.

Excellent choice and easy ordering. Love the free samples so that I can check the colour in real life. Good quality and speedy delivery. Very reasonable prices. Would recommend. Only knocked a star off as they arrived extremely creased (didn't look folded right in packaging)

I recently purchased some curtains but unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size! and needed to return them.
I emailed the company requesting returns details.
Because of bad experiences with other companies, I decided to ring them.
A very polite lady answered the phone within a few rings and explained she had already replied to the email! How refreshing! all sorted within minutes! and refunded within days!
I have had beautiful, quality curtains from this company and honestly don’t think I’ll buy from anywhere else.

Bought some curtains recently from this company.Whilst the curtains look pretty awful and synthetic when you first open the box, when the curtains are up they look lovely.
I was very impressed with the price, Dunhelm were £280 for same size curtains whereas these were £47. I have now ordered more curtains from them for another room. Also scatter cushions, which were again very reasonable. To sum up, these are not cotton type curtains - they are very synthetic but they look great once they are hanging up. The prices are incredibly reasonable.
I will continue to use this company.

Love my curtains. Had ready made ones shortened. They arrived promptly and fit perfectly. Much better than shortening myself. Pleased with the quality and found it great that you could order fabric samples in advance to chose the right curtains. Will definitely order again next time I’m looking for new curtains.

The website for this company does not work efficiently and shows items which it cannot produce.
Curtains were ordered in a style called Pencil Pleat in the colour Orange/Terracotta (both boxes ticked) which then brought up seven curtains in this colour and style.
We ordered the curtains which came made as Eyelet style, which in essence shorted the curtains by 2 inches.
We tried to discuss the matter with this company, but they were unhelpful and indeed the owner David called us liars and would not accept (would not even listen to how things had been done---he would only accept his way).
He was rude to the limit and aggressively arrogant. He finally put down the phone.
Having spoken to Citizens' Advice, we were advised to forward a letter to the company and ask for the full refund, although the woman at the company had only offered £44 out of £84 and we had to return the curtains at our expense.
Having sent a letter stating that we would take Court Action, the following day an email was received, still denying liability but sending a refund as David "couldn't be bothered" to attend a court hearing.
It seems clear having read (which we had not done before ordering) the adverse comments that this is often the attitude of this company who simply do not abide by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as advised as the relevant Act by Citizens' Advice.
BEWARE.....do not order, for if it goes wrong this company will not accept responsibility.

I purchased the Aztec ready made curtains to fit my short windows and french doors in my dining room and had them altered to fit. What a great product and alteration service. The pattern on the curtains match across all the sizes and look great. Thank you so much for your excellent service.
