If I could go to a negative 10 I would! This company is a scam. I placed an order over a month ago and nothing has been delivered, no updates or anything. I wish I would have read these reviews before I wasted my time ordering from this company. I’m requesting a refund and hopefully I will receive it. Next stop better business bureau. Don’t waste your time with this company!!!

I thought This Company was an SCAM !!!!! I ordered on April 28 and still waiting, but after pressure and claiming over Paypal, finally get my key chain and was AMAZING !!!!!! Beautiful !!!!!

I’m still waiting for my order and I’m afraid (after reading these comments) that it won’t be here by Father’s Day. I’m usually very good at vetting companies. I hope I didn’t make a mistake here. I can’t believe there’s NO customer service number to call. It takes days to get an email response and all they say is that it’s in the works. UGH!!! I don’t want any more assurances from “Liza”. I just want my order!!!!! 😡😡😡

I placed my order on May 1st. It is now May 29th and nothing has been delivered. SOMEthing has been sent with an incorrect address. In attempting to sort the issue with the shipper I have found that the report of the issue must originate with the seller. Having contacted the seller, this company, for assistance, no one is getting back to me. I'm receiving only auto-replies.

I've tracked the package and found that it was shipped back to the seller. When delivery back to the seller was attempted, no one was at the business.

Now I'm wondering: was there even anything in the mailing box. It is looking as if the seller did not designate a full receiving address into the package, only a city and state.

If you want to just spend your money on the receipt of nothing but frustration, please order something with this seller. Otherwise, if you value your funds, shop elsewhere.

This company is a scam and needs to be reported. Do not order anything from them. I placed my order on April 28 and I still have not received it. They give you a fake tracking number and ignore all your emails or reply with a robot answer. Don’t fall for it like I did.

BIG SCAM!!!!
I made 2 orders and never received any!!! It was supposed to be shipped within 2-3 days and it’s been 3 weeks. No word. No Company phone number.

I received my keychain on today. I love it, but my son name was misspell which is kinda a disappointment being he is deceased. And I also found out it was supposed to delivered before mother's day.

This company CustomGrace.com site is a SCAM. I still haven’t received the Mother’s Day gift I purchased. No real tracking information just an email with possibly a fake tracking link. Save yourself from a HEADACHE AND THEFT. I believe now that they make fake reviews and have published some on this site as well. Beware!

Made a purchase in April and paid for express shipping, as of today to still receive my merchandise except to only get an “apology” email promising my merchandise with x number of business days and notification when it ships...have received this 3x now each week with the same BS response.

I would definitely not recommend purchasing from this seller! Stay away!

Love the key chain of charms. IT IS PERFECTLY PERFECT!!!!!! Exactly as I ordered....even special requested hearts were added. I have my boys names. My boys are my life, even tho they are adults, they are and will always be my life, and I love to get personalized items with their names on them. Since we have lost our oldest, it really means more to me to have my boys names on key chains, necklaces etc. When I found this on fb, I knew I just had to have it! It was even more special than I expected. Thank you

I had a wonderful experience with Customgrace! From ordering online with ease to updates on my item throughout production. I received my keychain in a very timely matter even with the complications from Covid-19 and shipping.
The finished product is high quality and exactly as pictured.
10/10 will buy again!

Ordered from them three weeks ago and keep getting the message "in production." This place has scammed me out of $30.

I have never received my product, they took money out of my account on the 4th feb, I have emailed them four times and have received one response saying they will look into it but nothing has happened. I have asked for an immediate refund, but given they are hopeless I am not sure if they will reply. To those who are tempted to buy a gift DON’T use them. I am going to contact my bank as someone else said on here and report them for fraud. I assume because it’s American company I can’t go to the Ombudsman

As others stated I too cannot get any response from this company. My only thought is that maybe they're in China in an area effected by the quarantines. I emailed, no response. No shipping info. No product. I give it to the end of the week then I'll file a claim with my credit card company for fraud.

I have not received my package. I wrote to Customer Support but never received an acceptable response. I am beyond disappointed, as I was very much looking forward to the ordered item (a keychain). A pity!
