BEWARE!!!!

I put in an order over a month ago and have not recieved my items. I have tried getting in contact with the "company" but no-one will email me back. This site is a SCAM! BEWARE!!!!!

I would seriously give no stars if…

I would seriously give no stars if possible. I made my order early May, got an email saying that UPS dropped it off at post office and that it's "in transit". Was supposed to arrive on June 8th according to the tracking number. Went to post office and they said they never recieved that package or they would have labeled it with their own code. I've emailed 3 times and get no response. Do not waste your time with this company.

Never Again

I ordered a Fathers Day bracelet from my kids to their dad the 3rd wk of May. There was no correspondence by the end of the month, so I like many of u inquired abt my order status. After alil shy of 2 days Liza responded saying it was in production. So I continued to wait. A wk later I emailed again. This time Liza responded the same day saying it was done with production & now in the shipping line, that it would be shipped in 1-3 business days. Ok fine with me bc at this time i was happy
there was progress. When 4 business days passed I emailed again bc I received no talking or shipping confirmation. This time I'm told its in production. WAIT!!! WHAT??!! I thought it was in shipping. So I emailed again, this time calling Lisa out by forwarding the email I had received contradicting her. I was then given apologies, offered a refund & the product, then told it would definitely ship in 72hrs, like I didn't know 72hrs is equivalent to 3 days. Needless to say It has been 5 additional business days since that communication and a total of 14 days since the 1st email response (11 business days). So I emailed them AGAIN the day before yesterday. This time... no response as of this moment, which is funny bc they usually respond by now, lol. In the email before I recently sent, I was told the item would definitely be received before Fathers Day which is on Sunday, 3 days away. I'm curious as to how that will happen when my product still has not shipped. I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing. Its not abt the money bc the bracelet wasn't expensive. Its more abt customer service and accountability. Especially when you took my money immediately. The least you can do is provide the service you were paid to do.

Ordered beginning of May for Father's…

Ordered beginning of May for Father's Day. They shipped end of May and the UPS tracking number they provided says that the package is in transit with no date of delivery. Contacted customer service asking them to check with UPS the delivery date and this Liza person answers to me to check the tracking number they provided. Save yourselves the trouble.....

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME..I ORDERED A BRACELET FOR MY HUSBAND, DIDNT RECEIVE UNTIL JUNE..FINE!! I GET IT, LETS BLAME CORONAVIRUS..MY ISSUE HOWEVER IS NOT THE LENGTH OF TIME IT TOOK TO GET TO ME BUT THE ITEM I RECEIVED WAS NOT THE ITEM I PURCHASED, ALSO THE NAMES ENGRAVED WAS NOT MY KIDS NAMES..I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RECEIVED AN AUTOMATIC RESPONSE; I SENT ANOTHER EMAIL AND RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM LIZA WANTING ME TO SEND A PICTURE OF THE BRACELET I RECEIVED WHICH I DID IMMEDIATELY.. NOW ONCE AGAIN I GET IT, MISTAKES HAPPEN. I AM PISSED HOWEVER BECAUSE NOBODY HAS RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL WITH THE PICTURE OR THE TWO EMAILS I SENT AFTER..IT IS NOW 3 DAYS BEFORE FATHER'S DAY AND I NOW HAVE TO FIGURE OUT ANOTHER GIFT FOR MY HUSBAND. I WILL POST A NEGATIVE REVIEW ON EVERY SITE POSSIBLE UNTIL I RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK..BUNCH OF THIEVES

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Ordered a bracelet for Father's day towards the end of May,the notes said merchandise will ship within 3 business days well now its June 15th with no shipping information.I've tried multiple times to reach them by email since there's no contact number and still haven't received a response. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

ZERO STARS. Fake scam! No responses other than auto reply for a product I ordered may 5!! No tracking number, nothing. Now reading the reviews I know I'll never get it. SCAM. FAKE.

Bad!!!! Very cheap metal quality.

Bad!!!!! Horrible!! Do not buy! I got my father’s day key chain with part of the msg missing and it clearly said two girls names pendants attached but got a boy and girl pendats attached. Very disappointed and the quality is the worst. Looks like its made of the cheapest metal.

I ordered end of April

I ordered end of April. Customer service was good until they had mailed my order with UPS. It apparently has been stuck at US boarder for about 3 weeks now. And that is about as long as I've been trying to contact customer service with no answer other than automated reply.
I cant track the parcel from my end and UPS said the original sender has to tracking down. Well I dont see that happening.
I see some people got their order although had a long wait as well. Curious if they live in the states. I live in Canada.
I would not reccomend this company to order from.

GOOD REVIEW

I ordered a Keychain for a Fathers day present, got it and LOVE IT!! Yes it took a few weeks but it was FREE shipping so I kinda expected it would take a while. I had order before I read the reviews and honestly was a little scared after reading them that I wasn't going to get it, so i emailed them. Got the automated email response and a couple of days later got an email from LIZA, very nice and professional lady with my order info and tracking number, a few days later I got my package 😁
I am NOT a robot and I was NOT paid to write this review. But seeing so many bad ones I wanted to share my experience and GOOD review 💜

This company has horrible customer…

This company has horrible customer service. They don't have a number to reach out to them. They don't reply to emails. I placed an order and it was not delivered on time. I emailed a couple times and only got automatic replies. Dont order anything from them.

Atrocious Customer Service

I ordered on May 4, 2020. I sent an email on May 26th requesting a shipping date as I had heard nothing. On May 28th I received an email stating my order had shipped; they included a tracking number. After not receiving the pkg by June 5th I called UPS. They stated the pkg was transferred to the USPS on the 2nd for delivery. I called USPS on June 8th. The USPS never received a pkg from UPS. I called UPS again. UPS now states the tracking number I received from CustomGrace is invalid. Considering there is no phone number for this company I emailed them to inquire about a refund. I received nothing more than an automated reply. Horrible SCAM company. I have posted on social media to AVOID CUSTOMGRACE.

It took awhile for me to receive it

It took awhile for me to receive it, however, I will chalk it up to the COVID pandemic and the many delays it caused.
I am now in receipt of my Personal customized keychain and I must say it is BEAUTIFUL! I am in love with it!!!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I ordered from them on May 17th and still haven't received my order. I emailed them and always get an auto-reply from Lisa saying that my order is in production. I eventually had to get paypal involved to get my refund. Please do not order from this company.

Personally no stars are deserved. I ordered my daughters their mother day gift from them and I'm still waiting. I've reached out three times already & all i receive back are automated reply. I will now reach out to my bank and get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
