This is my second experience of buying a premium road bike with Cycle Exchange. The first one sadly resulted in me having to return the bike due to a size issue but this was handled sympathetically and resolved quickly with Hazel’s expert assistance. I have just purchased a one year old Cannondale Supersix Evo and am delighted with it. The price point was just right considering you get 12 months warranty and the service from the shop team was first class. I was able to test ride the bike with minimum hassle (luckily I live close by). I would recommend CE to anyone as they are professional and helpful.

I've never been happy with the fit of the brand new Canyon Endurace bike I bought a couple of years ago. I exchanged it for a smaller size Ultimate through Cycle Exchange and the whole process went very smoothly and efficiently. I had a problem initially with moving the seat stem but was well supported by Cycle Exchange and resolved the problem without any fuss. The exchange cost my quite a bit but it was well worth it so I'm one very happy customer.

I recently purchased a Trek Domane through Cycle Exchange using the Cyclescheme scheme and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish.
The team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process, from reserving the bike while my Cyclescheme application was being approved, to helping with the voucher redemption and collection.
A special thank you to Hazel, who managed everything professionally and kept me informed throughout. The customer service was excellent and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
I would also like to thank Mo, who went above and beyond with the technical support. As someone relatively new to road cycling, Mo not only resolved the issues I experienced after collection, but also took the time to teach me some important cycling and bike maintenance basics. That advice and guidance has already been incredibly valuable and gave me much more confidence in looking after the bike myself.
What impressed me most was the after-sales support. I experienced an unexpected issue with the bike shortly after collection and the team dealt with it quickly, professionally and without hesitation. It's easy to provide good service when everything goes smoothly, but the real measure of a company is how they respond when something goes wrong, and Cycle Exchange were exceptional.
I am absolutely delighted with my Trek Domane and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cycle Exchange to anyone looking for a quality bike backed by knowledgeable staff and first-class customer service.

Well packaged. Arrived promptly. Looked shiny and new. Decent price. Nice to know it had been checked over before it arrived so no nasty surpises. Can't ask for more really.

Love my new bike! Took it for a 35 mile spin and it handles amazingly. The whole buying and ordering process was really easy. Customer service was great! Highly recommend this company :)

One area that is frustrating though, is they use Royal Mail for their deliveries. Royal Mail are the weirdest delivery service for large items. Their system is very confusing and just doesn't actually make any sense. That however, is no reflection on Cycle Exchange who have provided me with an outstanding bike that I am very happy with.

The online application was really easy to follow, The price was really good, delivery was prompt and easy to track. The customer service team are really helpful and always prompt to reply with any queries.

The prices are far too high. Trek bikes 3 years old that are the same prices as new ones. I just cannot see why anyone would buy from them unless it’s because they are desperate to sell their current bike. Their profit margins are far too high. Be warned.

Well I certainly upset them! All good fun. Just don't overpay and buy from them. Check the Madone SLR price as an example against a new one.

Bought an Orro road bike, great advice in store and a great bike. it was 40% off it's retail price, second hand, but had never been used. Built by the engineers perfectly and I really appreciated the advice from the staff on the pro's and con's of Di2 vs 105 mechs.

My experience with the Cycle Exchange team has been nothing but impressive. The scope of bikes they have on offer is impressive, their advice in store and the opportunity to try out different bikes is amazing, and no matter who you talk to of the team they are are all knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I did not even know how could trade in my old gravel bike to by a wonderful new bike, so I upgraded from my original plans and am really happy with my choice. Special thanks to Max for his advice and giving me confidence to pick my new bike.

Great easy experience. The bike was ready to go in the condition described. Very helpful, especially when I wasn't aware of certain aspects of electric shifting. Also a query about what lube was used on the bike was answered swiftly in email , after purchasing.

I first used Cycle Exchange in 2023 for a TT bike and the advice plus customer service was exceptional. In June I contacted CE again to px a bike for a ‘new’ bike and once again the experience and service was second to none. Not only are the bikes amazing and as described but the service and smiles from the staff is the best.

Safe to say I will be back again and again. The very best

They were great!
1. They listened. I was fairly specific in what I was looking for (gearing, bike geometry etc). What I was looking for was "non-standard" and would require work on any bike. They got i. They didn't just say no "too difficult", they understood and set out to find a solution - great "can-do" attitude.
2. The staff i dealt with (Josh and El) mostly were wonderful to deal with. They really knew their stuff and were super helpful. One of the things that struck me was how enthusiastic the staff were - they all clearly loved cycling and seemed very happy with working for Cycle Exchange - and great credit to their company and the way it's run.
3. Price. I suppose I was asking for a lot whilst having a a clear price limit. At no stage did they try and "push me" - they were simply focussed on finding a solution that worked for me. In the end, I got everything I was asking for - plus some (electronic gearing Di2).

All in all, I was a very, very happy little camper
