This was my second time purchasing a bike from cycle exchange, and once again 1st class service from start to finish.
After they gave me a fair quote for my canondale I was able to proced to purchase a orbea denna , which was brand new and had to be shipped from Spain, I was kept informed of the updates on my bike and 3 weeks later it arrived. It was paid for by, trade in, cash, and finance, which was straight forward. All in all just excellent service.

Ease of purchasing process. Willingness to fix a minor defect a week after purchase. Bike was 2 years old but looks brand new!

The wheels perform very well; I recommend the seller, and the price is good.

Purchased my latest bike through Cycle Exchange and it has been a pleasure from start to finish. I had many questions initially and the team were always happy to help. This gave me the confidence to purchase without viewing the bike! Once my cycle scheme voucher was approved, I received my bike in a matter of days. Once set of accessories didn’t arrive with the bike, but was quickly found and resolved with a 24hr delivery. Cannot fault the team and will hopefully be back soon!!

Prompt helpful response and good online support

I sent photos and a true description regarding the condition of my bike and its history from my initial purchase so as to get a true valuation. Within three days I had an offer back which was acceptable but unfortunately the bike was still in Tenerife, however I was due to fly out and bring it back five weeks later. They honoured their offer and Parcelforce came and collected the bike ready for inspection back at the shop, my description was correct and they paid me what they had initially offered without delay and no quibbling whatsoever.
