Fantastic value, great experience
A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Fantastic bike at an incredible price. I very much enjoyed a coffee and breakfast in the cafe before cycling home.

Excellent service, excellent bike.
Bike was as described, in fact it was better. Great service from Josh and a young lady whose name I didn’t catch, I was encouraged to take a test ride and they put flats on the bike (sacrilege!) and loaned me a helmet to enable me to do so. I have already recommended Cycle Exchange to my friends.

Fantastic service start to finish and the bike was delivered exactly as shown. Had a minor issue with software which was quickly sorted. The best companies are the ones that look after their customers start to finish. I have no hesitation giving them top marks!

Great staff. Knowledgeable and responsive without being pushy.
I spoke to three different sales staff during the time I was looking for a bike. They all appeared knowledgeable and were very helpful without being pushy.
Once I made the purchase, there were options on delivery or collection.
Overall, a good experience and value for money. I definitely recommend Cycle Exchange for second hand quality bikes.

Flawless Process
Enquired online about a bike I was interested in, when I went in on the Saturday it was ready for a test ride! Bike had already been prepared and serviced, the in store members were very helpful and even using a Cycle2Work voucher the purchase was straightforward! Loving the new ride!

The process of trading in my bicycle for a newer one went really smoothly. A quick email with photos of my bike and I had a firm quotation. The new bike was delivered and the collection of mine was done on the same visit by their courteous and knowledgeable representative. Really happy with my 2024 Specialized Sl7 expert 👍

Had such a great experience at The Cycle Exchange in Kingston. Max was incredibly helpful and patient☺️ I spent a few hours in there trying different bikes and never felt rushed or pressured. They even brought different bikes out from the warehouse for me to test and offered to swap the handlebars, and fit my pedals for me. I came away with a new Orro bike and couldn’t be happier. As someone who isn’t super knowledgeable about bikes, they made the whole process really easy and answered every question. Friendly, attentive service from start to finish, would 100% recommend!

Great shop but double-check the bike you buy
Very friendly and helpful staff, great opportunity to test the bike before purchase and wide range of options.
Unfortunately, the bike I chose, while was checked in store before handing over to me, had a loud squeaky sound from the start. Sent the videos to CycleExchange, they offered me to come back for them to fix it but as it was a long drive for me, I fixed the brake pad in the local store.

Great new Enve frameset on a trade in
Had great experience with trading in my old bike for something newer and more premium. The trade in pricing was competitive and it did take the hassle of selling my old ride out of the equation. I'll be back.

Excellent experience! I ordered and received the bike, hand-delivered very professionally. Sadly, I then found another bike at my local bike shop that I preferred and went for that. Cycle Exchange were great about it and sorted out a return collection. Can’t fault them!
