Very happy with my Bob. Unfortunately I live in a very hard water area, and the Rock cassettes were not suitable, but after a little experimentation, I found the correct combination. Bob is a very stylish addition to my kitchen, and is already part of the family. Bravo Daan Tech, you have a great product

EDIT: The issue below has been fixed. While I still think they need to improve their customer service, the issue from below is not valid anymore.

I ordered a Bob mini and really like it. Easy to set up and use and saves me a lot of time and water.

However their customer service is really something. As this is a business expense for me, I wanted to get a business invoice.

Their checkout page has no mention of VAT anywhere, so immediately after purchasing it I wrote them "hey, can I please get my invoice, here is VAT number".

Since then it has been a real oddyssey to get one. They respond with long delays and make it really hard for me to get a simple updated document with my VAT number.

Their checkout page has absolutely no mention of VAT input anywhere. If you are purchasing this as a business expense, be prepared for a long battle with their uninterested customer support.

Love it. What’s not too. I’ve never wasted a dish by hand since getting mine.

They sent my order incomplete and later sent the rest but had messed up the import form so dpd wouldn’t deliver without paying the full import tax that I had already paid.the company doesn’t answer my emails to rectify this

pleasing and cleans amazingly well! Highly recommended.

First off, yes, it cleans your dishes very nicely.
And yes, it'll still work with any old cheap dishwasher tablet, though the casettes do a very nice job.
Bob fits a very specific niche; if you have a tiny kitchen with no space for a regular dishwasher and nowhere to plumb one in, and live alone or with a partner (all of which apply to me) then Bob is just the thing for you.
It's a fun little machine, makes the best noise ever once you've filled it with enough water and squirts it all out a pipe into the sink when it's done.

I've one piece of constructive feedback for DaanTech, and it's not their fault so I've not had it affect the 5* rating, but bear in mind they do export from France and now thanks to Brexit that means VAT has to be paid at the border, which isn't a fun text to get at 7am on your day off.
I'd advise them to show prices with and without VAT (Prusa, from the Czech Rep., do this very well at checkout as soon as you add that your delivery address is in the UK) so you know exactly what you're going to have to pay, when, and prevent any nasty shocks.

But yeah. Fab little machine, brightens up the kitchen, people squee with delight when they see it and now I don't have to do the washing up any more. 5/5 highly recommended.

The dishwasher looks great, is very easy to operate and cleans well. The footprint is relatively small and the height allows for larger plates to fit inside. The drain hose is of a good length.

How quickly you fill it obviously depends on what you put in it but you can put in 2 large plates, 2 small plates, 2 cups or glasses easily. Fitting a couple of bowls as well will need a little bit of rearranging but not difficult. Without bowls I reckon 4-5 glasses or cups could be fitted in. Separate cutlery tub has plenty of room.

Very simple ordering process through a well designed website that had a lot of interesting information on the company. Smooth delivery and, because of Brexit, payment of VAT online with DPD. The Daan Tech website makes it clear that there will be a customs charge.

The washer tablets you can buy when ordering the washer are fine but having used it, I think I'd rather have bought the cassettes and wish the website made it clearer what the differences were.

I highly recommend this dishwasher. At a full load it is equivalent to a full bowl if you wash by hand so you don't really gain anything by using it but it takes all the faff out of washing by hand!

Brilliant dishwasher. Amazing how much you can get in there, and so much flexibility with how you can stack things. I just love it. Knocked off one star because it look longer than it said to despatch, but apart from that everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous, I was having difficulty connecting BOB to my Wi-Fi Dan Tech were quick to respond with a helpful video. Fast delivery, I love my dishwasher it’s perfect for my small kitchen space. I would highly recommend.

So here you are reading the reviews I mean it seems too good to be true right? I read the reviews and the horror stories

Well I decided to take the plunge and let "Bob" the dishwasher into our home

Delivery took a week which was not an issue (these are hand made and tested) and kind of expected although you will have to pay an import fee which isn't the fault of daan tech (around 70.00 to DPD)

So Bob arrived in his box as we unpacked him excitedly and placed him onto the draining board (bright green door we picked) I honestly wasn't sure how this would work out after reading reviews.

Inside the door is a perfectly packed tray with waste pipe (including a handy weight to keep it in the sink and not every where else)

Filling Bob at the top with water is easy and atm we are using finish tablets (not tried Bob cassette yet). When switching on you go through internet connection (if you want too) and whether your connecting to a water supply or tank mode.

Now your ready for the first cycle and I must admit I'm extremely impressed that a small dishwasher cleaned my plates and cups with no fuss (even has a handy timer on the screen) I watched through the porthole as it cleaned and rinsed with no hassle and once done Bob popped open his door to dry everything inside.

This has honestly been my best purchase

BOB is as described and does a very efficient wash. I particularly like the flexible layout.

Fantastic little machine. Bob has been used everyday since I got him. The only issue I had was I wasted 2 cycles trying to work out how to get him to wash dishes as the cycle starts with emptying the drain hose

Great product, fast service, the Bob cassette is probably a 4/5 but you don't have to use it the Bob tablettes are much better, nice compact dishwasher would definitely recommend.

Relatively fast delivery (1 week), product arrived in good condition with no damage and has been working fine.

Overall I am happy with this product, unfortunately the display panel doesn't display properly, instead of words, it's like dots and dashes
To solve this I have to turn it off at socket and switch it on again. This can take numerous attempts.
