I already have one Bob and love him so I ordered another for my daughter. Unfortunately the packaging was damaged inside and out which is as disappointing as it was a present. However Bob is in full working order and my daughter is delighted. For info, the tax to the UK is an additional 20%.

Absolutely love Bob, he’s brought a bit of luxury to our trips in the caravan. He can either sit on worktop by sink (he comfortable fits under upper cupboards) or on a table in the awning. Easy to fill with a jug and he either drains straight into sink if we’re on a serviced pitch or into an old plastic Ad Blue container if he’s in the awning. We usually use the express wash and everything comes out shining. He’s a quality bit of kit and simple to operate.

Bob arrived very well packed for his journey, have been using dishwasher for the last couple of weeks and really impressed. Only criticism was a bit shocked how much duty cost.

Order was straightforward, paying the import tax was straightforward and so too the delivery!

The Bob dishwasher is compact, colour coordinates with kitchen. A super little machine that washes well and quite surprising how many plates, dishes etc etc can fit in!!

Great product, one of the best household acquisitions I ever got. Great product, easy to setup, easy to use, great results.

Superb little dishwasher. Very happy with it indeed. I am impressed with the wash quality even on an express wash. Perfect size that fits on the countertop. If you pack it correctly it can take quite a lot. The Bob cassette is very good too and all comes out clean and sparkling, even oven dishes. As far as I can see, there is no UK distribution thus replacement detergent cassettes have to come from France. With the current postage price it does make them quite expensive compared to regular tablets. I would also suggest Daan Tech make it easy to send back Bob cassettes for recycle.

I had a really bad experience with the company. I saw the price of 370€, spent a few days researching if I wanted to buy it, and then I finally decided to buy it, the price increased to 500€ (in the other place is still 370€ visible but you can't buy it). After talking to them, they told me that they just agree with a partner in Croatia to increase the price additional 130€, and before they communicate that they can ship the product from France which I don't understand price increase if you are ordering directly from France.

I'm pleased with my purchase.....fits well in our kitchen and cleans the plates and cutlery beautifully....

The "Bob" is the most practical dishwasher for many reasons, the most obvious one is it's size, though with the option of not having to plumb it it makes it outstanding, along with the build quality and looks. Delivery is exceptional and within the timeframe indicated.

Can be expensive to pay extra to bring purchased bob items from France due to Brexit. That's the only negative!

The product arrived promptly. It fits into my small kitchen and requires no plumbing. It washes my dishes, despite the fact that I only need to use Bob once every 3 days, with no ‘rejects’. It’s very easy to use. I should have bought one long ago!

Great shipping and communication, a few weeks in and love the product, fantastic and very easy to use. The long term support for repairs if needed and their sustainable and flexible approach made the decision very easy. Every other compact dishwasher I could find in this price range were rebrands of the same blank products (obvious once you notice their dimensions and descriptions!). I couldn't find a single example of any parts or repairs in the significant number of reviews with defects on arrival. Bob is for keeps!

Besides the amazing product that I am in LOVE with, the simplicity of the order itself made the process a no hassle experience and I was amazed that it came from France to N.I quicker than delivery estimation with no hidden charges etc. 5*

Only ordered three days ago and it arrived promptly in Portugal where deliveries rarely happen efficiently…well packaged, very easy and logical set up and what a lovely piece of engineering..well done to a French company for this , so glad it’s not made from you know where !washing is almost silent and it cleans as well as a full size dishwasher…happy customer,

Misleading website that I will warn people of. Reported already to Facebook and warned Facebook users.

I’m not confusing companies. I received the purchased goods that were held up because of the lack of transparency of this company. Please don’t purchase these products.

Quality doesn’t match original price never mind the added £92!!!

Great product as described. Delivery was as expected and stated.

I like the machine but the 50 minute cycle doesn't clean tea mugs properly, which is a shame as they are the most frequently occurring item I have.
