Very easy and helpful service

Very poor experience - which is ongoing. Have had to escalate formally via client complaints partner. Has not improved since Ros Milligan left the firm with new solicitor "reviewing" file 9 months later. Completely in the dark about where my matter rests, status quo and next steps - won't respond to substantive queries. No response to emails and voicemail messages left. Would not recommend this firm at all and would recommend going elsewhere, as other reviews will support.

This shambles of a place can’t call themselves a law firm, you need brains to be a lawyer and however many people work here share 1 between them. Do not work with these money grabbing idiots, they’ll take your money and give you 0 help. They lose documents and even other law firms struggle to get any sort of information out of them. The place is run by bad people. STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!

I'm not sure what went wrong here. My solicitor seemed to not be on top of things from the start (and that was after a change of solicitor for reasons I wasn't privy to). After about 4 months they still hadn't retrieved my medical records despite me filling in the relevant forms. I ended up having to retrieve them myself and emailing it to them. They didn't bother contacting the witnesses I had assembled or even have me assessed by an independent doctor. It was as if the whole thing was just too much effort for them. I don't know if other solicitors are any good. But I know this one isn't.

They are dealing with bolt holiday pay claim very very unprofessional firm keep losing information and data that given to them.

Maybe bolt case too much for them to handle.

We had a car accident claim with this solicitors. The communication was awful - had to email and email again to get them do any work. Emma Kelly, that dealt with our case was so rude and unpleasant and made this whole experience even more stressful for us. The medical service they use say one thing on the examination and then contradicting information is being put on their records. Not to mention examination took place over a video call! No one actually seen us! (we had proper medical examination done in previous cases with another lawyers).
I spent months going back and forwards with them about adding compensation for loss of earnings to hear at the end that they aren't going to pursue this! Why got me working the schedule then?? Should have said straight away you won't be able to recover it! What a waste of my time and energy.
The compensation offers we received were ridiculous to the amount of injuries and harm we sustained as less that we were offered 5 years ago for lesser accident. Absolutely disappointing service. No compassion at all. They don't act to help you, they act to get payment from you! Not to mention the whole claim took 2 YEARS due to lack of communication! We had our compensation money in the bank after a year accident happened with another solicitors! Don't waste your time on them! Get a better service and better money elsewhere.

I turned to this law firm for help two and a half years ago, after I was the victim of dental negligence.

They were typically very slow. I constantly had to phone and e-mail them in order to get things moving. In the end, I received a low value out of court settlement, after two and a half years of fighting for compensation. I wouldn’t recommend this law firm.
