All great with exception to floor installer putting is gluey tool in my VERY NEW sink to soak. He did not ask and I'm having trouble getting the glue out!!!!!
Other than above mentioned, treatment and installation went great. My floor looks awesome.

the tile kitchen floor looks great.
I would recommend this company to anyone, the sales agent was knowledgeable, she took care of all of the details, the technician knew exactly what to do, he kept me informed of any changes, he cleaned up after himself each day and the results were beautiful.

Good experience on short notice
The consultant was excellent and accommodating, given we were coordinating replacing a waterbed mattress and carpet. They were able to do our install on short notice with our first choice of carpet.
The installers did a great job on installing the carpet and moving furniture, except the headboard which should have been taken apart some, in not doing that the pieces torqued and broke the glass and scratched the wood. We knew the headboard was heavy and discussed its handling with the consultant, but the installers did not seem aware of that, having a third person along may have avoided this situation.

Fixed Problems and have a great bathroom but it was NOT a Smooth Operation
Throughout the entire process, I constantly encountered problems. I ordered the supplies and did the design consult and didn't hear from them for about 4-6 weeks. I finally reached out to my POC and asked when I'd be contacted to schedule the install. Took another 5 days to actually be contacted after being told everyday 'someone will call you today.'
When someone finally called me it was some random subcontractor that I wasn't told I'd be hearing from. They were great and came exactly when they said they would but they only did granite. So they came and did the granite 2 weeks before the rest of my bathroom was done, but they don't do plumbing, so I had no sinks. Two days later they were able to get a plumber out to do the sinks...but why would they have the granite installer come 2 weeks before the rest if they knew that company didn't do plumbing? Or why not even tell me that would be the case? It was a mess.
Then when my actual demo and install began, our POC for the job (different person than who I had met with multiple times before hand) said it would be a 3 day job. The demo guys were supposed to show up at 8 am. They showed up at 1 pm. and the total job ended up taking 6 days, not 3. I had a trip scheduled on the fifth day, so I had to leave and come back and continue the operation. Put a hole in the ceiling of my kitchen (bathroom remodel was on the 2nd floor). But they did fix it 100% and went above and beyond in that aspect.
Didn't clean the site afterwards. My toilet was completely covered in dust/grime/splattered grout. My bathtub (which is not scratched because they put the toilet in the bathtub without any kind of protection/padding during the reno) was covered in filth. I spent over an hour and a half cleaning my newly remodeled bathroom when they left. Probably happened because I had like 3 different plumbers, tilers, and painters all from different companies and none of those workers took responsibility for the job overall so they didn't feel it was their job to clean.
Then the day after they left, my toilet leaked and i had standing water in my brand new bathroom. which leaked through the floor and through my ceiling again.
All in all the bathroom looks good, but the process was a gigantic headache. The guy who ended up being my primary POC (3rd person who this title went to) was awesome and he made sure the problems were fixed, but it was not a difficult or huge job and I feel like it shouldn't have been such a mess.
