Dalton Carpet, Home town team
The job was done unsupervised and therefore on trust. They did a good job except for forgetting to put the closet doors back on which was remedied expeditiously. My friends have been walking through the house telling me how great the floors look! I would use Dalton again.

Casey Jo was wonderful
The stair refinishing was terrible. I told them the stain was too light and they insisted it would darken. They rushed through and left before I saw the result. The power sanding left dust throughout. You should not use that contractor again. The vast majority was excellent. If I ever go back to work I would try to steal Casey.

cortex flooring in bathroom
the crew who did the bathroom floor broke wall board in half and nailed it back up and broke the side wall of the cabinet board when they took off the quarter round. I sent pictures to Paul, the salesman who helped me.

Kitchen Floor Par Excellence!
Our new kitchen/bathroom floors are awesome! Thank you Dalton One! Our purchase and installation experience was very positive except for the normal small glitches that can be expected with any project of this size. Selection and purchase experience was great. The Dalton One rep was very knowledgeable and provided great service in selection and taking free measurements onsite. Payment was easy. I especially like the 1/2 down/1/2 when the job is finished arrangement (which is not the case with many flooring companies who want full payment in advance). Scheduling was dependable for the most part except for a manufacturer shipping glitch (not Dalton One's fault). Installation was professional and extremely well done. Installers fixed all punch list items cheerfully and thoroughly. The only complaint I have is that the initial tile we selected was on display at the store but discontinued by the manufacturer. Overall, we could not be happier our new flooring and with our Dalton One experience. We definitely plan to do business with them again for future remodeling projects.

Hardwood Floors
Dalton's came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Donna (sales) worked with us and showed us a range of options and guided us to an engineered hardwood that worked for our house. She was patient, knowledgeable and caring. Dalton's worked around our tight schedule and Sam coordinated the delivery & installation.
Adrian (installation) and his crew did an outstanding job on the installation. They paid attention to details like making the special molding cuts at the corners & leaving the floor cleaned.

Wonderful experience
Donna was exceptional in listening to our needs and helping us select the right carpet for us. She was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through our product selection by explaining fiber content, durability, color selection, warranty, price, etc. Her knowledge of the products plus her friendly and calm manner, without any sales pressure whatsoever, helped us make our decision easy. She was a joy to work with.
Sam was very friendly and made the appointment for the installation a breeze by quickly fitting it into our schedule.
The installers, Hosea and Jesus, were on time, friendly, and diligently worked on the installation. We were especially impressed with their knowledge, team work and how considerate they were in protecting our new wood floors and not scaring our newly painted walls and trim. They took pride in doing a good job and left us with beautifully installed carpet and no mess for us to clean up!
Twenty-nine years ago we chose Dalton Carpet for our new home and we are glad we chose Dalton Carpet for our remodel! Thanks to all of you for and excellent experience and excellent job!

The sales rep, Donna, was very helpful and patient in helping me select the hardwood to match existing wood already in the house. The crew that installed it did an excellent job....Stan and Heath Graham, and were assisted by a third worker. I was very pleased.

Worth the Price for the Great Service
We had a great experience with Dalton Carpet. Originally, we started to purchase flooring from Lowes/HomeDepot and hire an independent contractor, because we thought it would be less expensive. But we got such good service and a great deal from Dalton that we were pleased we went with them.
Unfortunately, we didn't get the same quality of service the second time we hired them for a job. The contractors they sent to do the job, didn't have the same level of quality that the ones who did the first job did.
If we have flooring work to do again we will look into specifying which craftsmen they send out to do the work.
