Their clothing is total crap and they mislead you about their return policy. They say you can get a refund but then the cost to return it is so high as they make you pay the shipping to China that it isn't cost effective to actually return it. Don't buy from them!

I believe this company is a scam. Very poor quality items, although websites list 21 return policy, they demand photos of items which must be "reviewed" to determine whether refunds will be issued. No telephone number for customer service, only AI sounding email responses. Very suspect

Ordered a pair of Verona Orthopedic Slip-Ons. It took a full month to arrive and they were the poorest quality shoes I've ever seen. The inside felt like cardboard.
Now, they want me to pay $50 to ship them back to China for a refund.
Do not waste your money.

Took forever to receive even though shipping information indicated 7-9 days. This was a women's cardigan, which was greatly too small. The material is nice, but buttons are very cheap. Item was made and shipped from China - not disclosed on the original order. Will not consider ordering from this site again.

I received a wrong size item. XL instead of XS. They suggested 15% refund, OR asking me to spend another $40–$50 to return a $45 purchase. Ridiculous!

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering these freaking small shoes. Their return policy is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Do not buy from this company!

Website states they only use UPS, USPS, or Fedx. That is bold face lie. my pkg on a slow boat from china with very sketch information. Has been nearly a month since ordered, still don't have item, Company refuses to refund money. Bonafide Crooks!

I ordered a pair of shoes based on years of ordering shoes online. The shoes took a while to get to me (over 2 weeks) and when they arrived, they were too small (both in terms of length and width - super narrow). I immediately contacted the company via email (the customer service email goes directly to ONE person) and waited. I waited days for a response and then when I did get a response, I had to "insert" a picture of the shoes (which the "insert image" function would not work - I tried several time - even on different computers - so I attached the image) and sent the email. Again, days went by and then I was told I had to "insert the image" - which I has indicated would not work. Miraculously, the insert image function then worked and I sent the reply with the inserted image of the shoes. I waited again for days, and still no reply. I have sent 2 more emails to "Isabella" and am still waiting on a reply regarding how to exchange or return the shoes. I have asked for a supervisors phone number as well.....still waiting.

This would be on the orthopedic shoes.
Not orthopedic, not well made, not worth the money.

What a scam

The shoes were delivered almost 2 months after I ordered them in the United States. Online it states full refunds are offered. I tried to return only to find out I am required to mailback to China at a cost of $50.
Do Not order from this company!

I ordered 2 Linen buttons ups for $85. I received 2 polyester button ups that look nothing like the linen shirt I purchased & when I asked for a return label, I received these 2-options. 15% refund ($12.75) & keep the polyester shirts or spend $50 + duties sending them back to their fufillmenet center in China.

It is a full Catfish operation; nice photos on a good looking site then ship you whatever they want & offer such terrible terms, you're forced to keep / donate whatever they send you.

This is a straight up scam company. I ordered a dress in my size and it was about two sizes too small. Damon williamson, as it turns out, doesn't do refunds. Not without a $50 "restocking" fee. Stay far away from these charlatans.

Do not buy from this company. I bought US size 13 shoes, they sent me shoes that had no size printed on them but measured only 11.5" long.

I tried to get a refund, but they only offer 15% refunds. Or I can spend $60 to ship it back to China.

Also, the shoes look okay but they are fully synthetic and smelled terrible.
